Protractor VTA Bundle

Does the job.. after swapping out the MM cart with a MC cart, used this bundle to align everything up. The Hudson Hi Fi videos were helpful. The product quality is top notch!

Let me start by saying that I love both products! I Was able to align my cartridge and to earn with ease. I have used these products for years and years. I bought these to replace some older ones. I really only needed the protractor because my old one is so scratched up that it’s hard to use. I have a perfectly good protractor. I saw the VTA that is just by itself and has a case. I was in love!!! Then I saw one that came with a protractor for almost the same price so I bought it! I just opened it and….no case. I went back and actually read the listing and it doesn’t mention one. I guess I just assumed it had one. I am now on the hunt for a case by itself. That being said, they are very good quality products that I will buy again and again!

Easy to use, well constructed. In a nutshell - essential to setup your turntable after installing a different cartridge or to verify setup of your existing one. It is a bit on the pricy side. Highly recommend to purchase Phono Turntable Cartridge Pressure Gauge for complete cartridge setup.

Great price for the two items, and is quite essential if you have a turntable that can be, and likely needs to be adjusted. Why not take the extra time and effort to be sure? I want my records to last a long time (as some already have!) with the least amount of wear possible to the vinyl and stylus, so I thought these would be good tools to ensure that will be the case. If you're going to be swapping out head shells and nerding out on your audio investments, this is something I suggest considering owning. Yes, you can print a protractor, but I found that getting the printer to print the correct size from the .pdf was worth the $10.00 to not have to worry about doing that again. These are easy to use and worth the piece of mind.

Nice alignment tool that is easy to use. Ordered the white background tool as there were many comments about the mirrored one being difficult to read, etc. The white one worked great. The VTA tool was good as well and allowed me to easily set up the arm to be parallel to the surface when playing records. Thanks!
