The little details in this shoe are adorable from the little black lacey ruffles tracing the outer edges of the lining to the polka dots on the underside of the leather. The sole has a sort of memory foam cushion and a cut out where more padding is there for the ball of your foot. Now come the downfalls. For the price of the shoe I suppose it comes with the territory but the stitching is fraying on the ankle strap (I'm writing this review shortly after taking them out of the package), the stitching detail to the back of the heel isn't even sewn into the leather, missing some edges all together. For my foot specifically, the shoe fit loosly (I'm a 9 1/2 so a size 10 was the only option to order ) and definitely would have fallen off if not for the ankle strap. The overall feel of the shoe is quite cheap and flimsy and after having them on for less than 5 minutes my feet were killing me. On the plus side though the pair came with an extra set of inserts for the "top lift" or very bottom of the heel itself.

Shoes really are lovely. They arrived on time and are quite pretty out of the box. They DO run large and, I'm afraid, look a little awkward on so I haven't actually worn them out yet. Since they looked so odd and fit so poorly, I didn't wear them for the outfit I had intended.

Adorable shoe and fairly comfy. I tend to go up a half size for closed toe Bettie Page shoes, but I order my regular shoe size with the open-toe styles.

These shoes are a much more vibrant green than what is pictured above. Like a Crayola crayon green. Other than that they are exactly as the picture shows.
