Go online and check for 802.1af and 802.1at.

Q: My camera says hi-poe 24v, is this switch ok for this camera ?

Unfortunately not. That’s 48V switch, you can get a converter ex. Ubiquiti INS-3AF-I-G or get a switch that can supply passive 24V.

Q: Does the yi-ys082g-p support 24v passive poe?

No, it can only support 48v standard poe deivces. But you can add another poe splitter for 24 v passive poe device.

Q: Is there an option to disable vlan on the poe ports so that all devices plugged to poe ports can see each other?

There is a dip switch on the switch, turn the switch to default to turn off the VLAN function of all ports.
