Cheap. Flimsy.
One broke the first time I tried to open it. Another snapped after I put a small decorative chain. Two of them would not open. Don't waste your time with these cheap swivel hooks.

Not too bad......
These are decent. They are kind of "sticky" on open and close. I've felt a couple times like once I open them they may not close again. But no issues so far. I've used them for paracord keychains, paracord garment bag strap, and a paracord AR15 sling. So far no issues.
