Seller took good care with packing the paint in the shipping box and didn't spare any time getting them shipped out, even here during the holiday season. I really appreciate them going above and beyond during this time of the year. They have a great selection of paints and many paints that I couldn't find at other places, even over at GW or here locally. I can finally get back to working on my projects. Thank you!

Large selection of paints and everything arrived in great condition! No issues with any of the paints received. This is a great service, being able to make selections from the Citadel line and come up with a custom order here at a good price point.The customer service was also excellent. I mispicked a couple colors and made a big mess of cancelling part of my order. I sent them a message explaining that there were now two shipments heading my way and they responded quickly (and kindly) to let me know they'd refund the shipping for the second order I placed and send them both together. I'm sure I'll be getting more paint from them in the future!

The paints you want at the price you need! Bought twice for various colors, will definitely buy again. Very good consistency.

All items arrived and matched my order. They were delivered wrapped in a box of 10. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the Auric Armor Gold was and is still somewhat watery even after I mixed it around for a bit and the Liberator Gold paint has some orangish pigments in the bottom. I'm not sure if these are just issues from storing or transportation conditions and could be resolved after I mix them around some more or not. But all in all still better than Games Workshop in quality, price and convenience and I would recommend purchasing from this seller.

If you need a handful of Citadel paints for the same price as they are in a store, then this is a sure bet. I received my paints within three days of ordering them. The paints were factory sealed and all but one were made in 2021, with the one being produced in late 2020. I have often gone to a games workshop store and without a doubt they are out of the paint I need. At least ordering through this vendor it shows you what is in stock and what is not. 5 stars!!!
