Really nice toothpaste with a fresh taste and no harsh chemicals. After a couple of weeks I noticed my teeth looking brighter and cleaner. Gentle on gums but still gives that just-polished feel—great natural option.

I absolutely love this toothpaste. The coconut flavor is pleasant and refreshing, and the texture strikes the perfect balance - slightly abrasive for effective cleaning but gentle enough for daily use.What really impressed me are the clean ingredients - no nasties or harsh chemicals, which was exactly what I was looking for. After dealing with gingivitis and using a medicinal toothpaste to clear up the bleeding, I switched to this Biomed paste to maintain my oral health.The results have been fantastic. My mouth stays fresh throughout the day, there's been no return of bleeding gums, and the inflammation in my gums has visibly reduced. It's clearly doing a great job of maintaining the health improvements I achieved.I pair this with one of the Biomed mouthwashes for a complete natural oral care routine, and the combination works brilliantly together.Will definitely continue using this - it's rare to find a natural toothpaste that performs this well while being gentle on sensitive gums.

I'm torn between givjng 3 and 4 stars.It's not very minty. The coconut oil is a very strong flavour. I would much prefer it to be the other way round. I think the minty flavour makes your teeth feel cleaner.For this I would give 3 stars.I decided on 4 because there is a plus side.No fluoride and other toxic chemicals. It's vegan, which is always a plus, and strangely, I think the coconut oil coats my teeth. They feel clean and shiny all day until I need to brush them again at night.So all in all I guess it only loses one star because it's not fresh and minty tasting enough. That's a personal choice and I guess I would recommend it with that caveat.

I decided to give the Biomed Triple Charcoal Toothpaste a try after hearing good things about natural toothpastes, and honestly, it’s been brilliant. I was a bit sceptical at first — I mean, black toothpaste? — but after using it for a few weeks now, I can safely say I’m converted.First off, the pack of six is great value for money. Each tube is 100g, which is a decent size, and because the formula is quite concentrated, you don’t need a huge blob each time you brush. A small pea-sized amount foams up nicely and feels like it gives a really thorough clean.The toothpaste itself is black due to the charcoal content, but don’t let that put you off. It rinses cleanly with no staining on your teeth or toothbrush. In fact, it actually makes brushing a bit more fun seeing the black foam! Definitely a talking point if someone sees you mid-brush.As for the actual cleaning performance — brilliant. Teeth feel super clean and smooth after brushing, and there’s no horrible chemical aftertaste like you sometimes get with standard big-brand toothpastes. The mint flavour is fresh but not overpowering; it leaves your mouth feeling properly clean and fresh without being burn-your-mouth strong.One thing I really like is the fact that it’s 98% natural, vegan, and free from SLES, parabens and other nasties. You can really feel the difference — no irritation on the gums, no weird tingling sensation, and no dryness after brushing, which I used to get with harsher toothpastes.The bamboo charcoal and other charcoal extracts claim to help with whitening and stain removal, and honestly, I think they do make a difference. I drink a fair bit of tea and coffee, and after a couple of weeks using this, my teeth definitely looked a bit brighter and less stained without any sensitivity issues. It's not some overnight miracle whitener, but a nice gradual improvement that feels much healthier and less harsh than using chemical whitening strips.Another bonus is the gum care benefits — my gums have felt less inflamed and tender since switching to this toothpaste. Can’t say for sure if it’s all down to the Biomed, but it’s the only thing I’ve changed in my routine, so it’s looking that way!Only slight downside I can think of is that it’s not the cheapest toothpaste on the market, but when you buy the 6-pack it works out a lot more reasonable. Plus, knowing you’re using something so much more natural and gentle makes it feel worth the extra few quid.Also, the tubes themselves are well made — no splitting or annoying leaks even after a few weeks of use, and the caps stay shut properly which is always a plus when chucking one in your travel bag.Overall, if you’re after a natural, effective toothpaste that actually leaves your mouth feeling clean, fresh, and helps a bit with whitening too, Biomed Triple Charcoal is absolutely worth a try. I’m sticking with it now — wouldn’t go back to the old chemical-heavy stuff after using this.Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to switch to a more natural and gum-friendly oral care routine!

The taste is marvellous however, it leaves a white residue on the tongue when after minutes of brushing the tongue.I think it could do with some baking soda or adding more baking soda to the mix?

Just wow.. Taste abit funky at first but more you use it not as bad and get used to it. Really good toothpaste and cleans and whiten your teeth, been using over a week now and the results are brilliant.

Love the coconut/minty taste and whitens my teeth quite a lot. Good quality toothpaste without the toxic ingredients.
