Great addition to gluten-free baking, along with Redmill's Gluten-Free Oat Flour! The improvement in texture (i.e. equal to gluten-containing baked goods) makes this RedMill product well worth the money.

Very good - makes great not corn corn bread
Excellent - I use this to make gluten free and corn free corn bread - which of course isn't corn bread - but satisfies this Southern girls corn bread craving.
