Doc and Pies Arcade Factory Cocktail Arcade Machine - 412 Retro Games - Full Size LCD Screen, Buttons and Joystick

I can guess you can tell by the headline that the experience was nothing but a hassle. Have to put it together, and when it breaks, you will be expected to help figure out the problem. If I had not had my techy son here to figure out, no telling what would have happened! Very poor quality. I would even guess , not verified, that not everything was new. Hassle cancelling and returning!!! Had to go buy our own boxes they said they would pay for.....NOT. Husband even had to cut down to fit. You get what you pay for.Had to have Amazon help get my money back. Even for boxes they were to pay for! 2 days after it was verified as arrived, they claimed they had not received it.

Terrible, A-z experience! Received base damaged. Received top not working and not properly calibrated to fit screen. Volume does not work. No operating manual to tell you how to adjust anything. Messaged seller on Amazon, no response. Called hokie pokey phone line. No answer. LM. No return call. Returning ASAP. Wow this could be so much better with a little effort. So sad for this seller.Rec'd callback. Asked them to please return or provide a reasonable refund as the quality is not as expected. They required me to pay to return it. Just disappointing.

I had a problem with the display when I received it. In the instruction manual, it states, "... We will make it right." I called them, and within 3 minutes of them answering the phone, they said a new display would be shipped the next day. I received it about 4 days later. Btw, a manager is the one who answered my call the first the first time. I simply explained the issue, and he said that they would send out a new one. He did not give me any problems or issues. It was amazing! As far as the arcade, it's exactly what is advertised. It has 412 games, nearly every game that I remember from the 80's, less games like Street Fighter. My kids love playing it, even though we have an Xbox and modern games.

Product appeared used. Many games had initials and scores already.Playing screen also not centered on many games. Cuts off the bottom 2-3 inches!! Cant get a call back from support phone. Will be returning it if they can’t fix or replace.

The number of games is great but the machine itself is not very well constructed. It is not very sturdy.

This is our second purchase from Doc and Pies. We absolutely love the arcade. We have rentals and our guests leave great reviews about how much fun they had playing the games. I contacted company because one of the guests broke the joystick and they sent the replacement immediately and even offered to guide us through the install. We didn’t need the help as it was super easy to change. I can only highly recommend this product and the company. Would buy from them again.

My family & I ❤️❤️❤️ this arcade game!! Heavy but not too heavy as my daughter & I carried it upstairs to our loft and my husband easily put it together! We’re having so much fun with the hundreds of games to choose from & I still ROCK at Frogger, lol 😂!! Would definitely recommend buying...❤️ going old school & playing all of those Atari games 😆!!

Brings back memories for the adults and our kids love playing the retro games. The package arrived late for Christmas due to covid delays, but the communication and service from Doc and Pies was great. Very easy to assemble (10 min). Only critique is that I wish that it stored high scores for the games.
