Missing part
I buy this product last year, happened that I had a accident, so until know im ready to install, but is this part missing in the box, I ADD a picture. Any way how to get one? I been using ecoworthy panels, inverters and solars boxes for almost 2 years, good products.Jaime

Wasted time and Money!
This is my first ever product review just can't know truth and not share. I read reviews mostly after I think I was sure the product wasn't any good. So I set up the turbine on metal work bench and secured it to the table with rubber isolator mount.Connected all wiring from turbine to controller to 2 lifep04 battery bank at 12 volts. Battery bank fully charged to 13.62 volts and rested. Turbine needed higher wind to start up. Ran test with 15 mile hour wind half of the rated speed. Test showed 15 mil/hr wind produced 290 rpm shaft rotation. Power generated was 14 volts at .3 amp. The turbine was shook quite a bit. If I didn't secure the tail it would have shattered blades on table. Think it's not safe believe the blades will shatter in no time and could hurt some one.I shut down the test left every thing connected to battery bank and controller. 2 Battery bank at at 13.62 volts and let sit. 12 hours later battery bank was down to 13.35 volts. So the controller is drawing .6 volts from the battery bank every 24 hours. that explains why having it in action outdoors my battery bank drained to 10.7 in a week with nothing drawing off the battery.I had to by a charger for the battery bank because turbine couldn't produce enough power to run it's own controller. Worthless to me! To be fair I will use the money to buy there solar panels and at least produce real power. Hope this helped like I said first review every but this really frustrated me and wasted time and money.

Works great
Received quickly and packaged well. Fairly easy to understand instructions on hooking it up. For our area, we had to upgrade to a six blade turbine, but it works well. The solar panels work well too.

Support
There appears to be no support help with this product. Buyer be ware. Was finally able to get in contact with company. They sent me a new controller and seems to be working much better. They do have a good customer support team after all. Thanks for all your help.

A lot of room for improvement.
The wind turbine has potential but I can't really recommend it if someone doesn't have at least 12mph winds or above consistently. My wind speeds have been unusually low for the season, and it was just a yard ornament until I upgraded it with a MarsRock 5-blade hub and MarsRock Deltawind blades. This brought the start up speed down to around 5-7mph. I'll admit, I'm novice when it comes to wind turbines but this was an inexpensive introduction to wind generation for a company that I have already had good experience with their solar products. The controller on the other hand I am Not a fan of. The solar side of it is comical, one being a PWM, but its inability to handle more than 27voltsdc VOC on a 12 voltsdc system means that even with Eco-Worthy's 100w bi-facial setting at 24voltsdc VOC you have to run the panels in parallel if you want to utilize the capacity of the controller. With 4 100w bi-facial panels in parallel and Ideal light conditions the most input I saw through this controller was 180watts. Compared to 4 identical panels ran in series right next to them ran through an Epever Tracer at 96voltsdc VOC where I routinely saw 300-360watts.The wind side if the controller seems alright, having the rectifier and dump load integrated and parameters that are user adjustable with the interface, but time will tell since as stated above I have had low seasonal wind speeds and it has gotten limited usage. So I guess as an overall I can't recommend this, mainly because of the controller. The turbine is well built, and the aftermarket options are available if low wind speed start up is desired, but the solar is a joke.

Didn't work for me.
The turbine was fairly well made and the controller was very versatile and was functioning normally. My dislike is that in 20 to 25 mph wind the output was around 1 Amp, or about 15 watts Another thing is that the wind-vane fin seems a little small, or, too close to the body as the turbine would sometimes spin completely around, stopping the fan.

Great customer service
First panel came cracked, customer service sent a new one promptly, came fast than the first, seems like a nice unit, have not had the opportunity to test in high wind situation yet, will update.

Does not spin. Solar good though
This wind generator is garbage do not buy… Yes it was set up right before I took it down I get wind strong enough here to up root tents and I still have not seen this thing spin. However, the solar panels are amazing and the charge controllers are decent as well that is why I provided a few extra stars.
