I purchased the product one year back. Company has confirmed the warranty of three years to my query related to warranty. After one year of use i found issues with the product quality and responded to customer service mail id [email protected] which is still provided as there official email to raise concerns related to product. Even after repeated communication no reply from them. Considering the product pricing and the overall quality of the product I advise to make a wise choice with similar range products.

I loved the material used for this bag for example: zip, the overall material. The bag is also spacious. Ideal bag when you are travelling alone. Well it can be used for daily travelling as well
