So I decided to leave a review for those like me looking to pierce their cartilage. I scrolled for a bit looking for reviews to see if anyone had done it and there were a few. I personally think it’s totally doable depending on the thickness of your ear (in the cartilage area you want to pierce) and whether or not you have a tendency to swell a lot. My skin is very sensitive and it gets swollen or irritated from any little thing and I didn’t notice any swelling. I’ve also basically done all my ear piercings except my daith and tragus and as you can see I have quite a few and more in my other ear. I think this was super easy to use and even though I had read it was a spring mechanism, it still surprised me how quick and painless it was. I did 2 on my cartilage and 2 on my lobe and I actually felt like my cartilage hurt slightly less. I read some that said it didn’t pierce through their cartilage completely but for me it did just fine. Like I said I think it depends on how thick your cartilage is in the area you’re looking to pierce. So of course use your judgment and see if you think it would work for you. Before I did it I wiped the area with alcohol pad and also sterilized the earring once more just incase. I circled the ones I did in the picture attached, and this is the day after I did them (today). I felt very little pain the day of & I feel none today. I plan on purchasing more and maybe adding a couple more holes to my other ear wherever I can fit them lol. Final consensus is great value for money, proceed with caution & sterilize again and keep a strict cleaning regime and you should be good!

Never, did I ever think I would have the guts to pierce my own ears but honestly the cost to have your ears pierced per ear these days is a bit ridiculous, plus the cost of the earrings. I didn't know it was such a thing to purchase your own ear piercing kit! I did a fair bit of searching and reading reviews before I decided on buying this kit. I received it 2 days ago and gave myself a second piercing on the lobe. I had it "professionally" done years ago but they were way too low on the lobe and uneven. It was a quick and easy process, not painful at all. The spring has a kick to it and you get more of a jump from the surprise. To be honest my hands were shaking whilst trying to align the point of the earring from the nerves but I managed to get it done. Make sure you wash your hands properly and follow the instructions carefully and use aftercare. There's not much to it really. I plan to do the upper ear (helix) and orbital. Fingers crossed they go well. **UPDATE** So I ordered another kit and I ended up piercing the helix on my right ear and orbital on my left. Again, quick and painless. I actually tried to record myself doing this second DIY piercing for a YouTube video but I panicked and felt I was under more pressure haha, so I canceled the video, which was a shame. My hands was also shaking so much for the helix piercing. Aiming the needle was the hardest part, making sure I got it right.... but it went through immediately with no issues. The after feeling from both piercings on those parts of the ears do actually tingle and hurt a bit I will admit. I have been putting saline on them to help them heal properly, so hopefully all goes well. I will add another update to this review in a months time. All in all, no issues and pretty impressed with myself for doing 4 piercings all on my own! There is a bit of a gap between my first and second piecing on both ears, so when the second piercing is fully healed, I'm considering squeezing in a third hole right between the two.

Literally just received this a few hours ago and already put it to use. I'm not going to lie - I hesitated because I wasn't sure if I could actually do it (to myself) but WOW! It ended up being so easy and painless. I took a leap and did my cartilage despite some people saying not to in the reviews. Now, I've had 15 professionally-done piercings (three of which rejected or closed up) before this so pain is not an issue for me. The only thing I struggled with in trying to do my cartilage is that I couldn't really get the placement exactly right because it is meant for a lobe where you need less clearance from the gun. I've had the normal warmth and mild ache since doing it but I'm really impressed. I only used one of the two guns so far but am honestly considering doing the other one because this was so easy and effortless. The ONLY other negative is that the stone was much bigger than I expected but I chose that so I'm not deducting stars. I will try to remember to update after it's healed. Regardless, if you are even thinking about purchasing this, I say just do it!

Absolutely loved this. Quick easy and simple. It was less pain then the traditional needle and alot faster. The snap of the spring definitely was way better then trying to push a piercing needle and then trying to pull through to add the jewlery. The jewelry was high quality and very sharp so no issues when piercing. The price is definitely worth it and honestly cheaper then going to get pierced. I would not recommend for anything other then ear piercing. The size of the jewelery was a good size at 5mm it wasn't some tiny lost little thing you couldn't see and it wasn't too big that it looked ridiculous.

C'est très bien, pratique et économique par rapport à la bijouterie (2 à 3 fois moins cher) mais attention il faut bien calculé son coup car la décharge part vite. J'étais en train de positionner et trouver le bon endroit, la décharge est partie ! Je l'ai sentie passer ! Heureusement le positionnement était plutôt correct mais ça m'a lancé toute la soirée. Je recommande cet article mais faites le prudemment. Pour ma part j'étais seule pour me percer. Concernant la douleur ça chauffe un peu 1 à 2 min mais ça passe. Pas de saignements. Mes conseils regardez bien l'appareil touchez bien vos oreilles prenez votre temps. Si c'est bien calculé c'est parfait. Mon erreur a été que j'ai mis trop de temps a calculé le point de perçage et en glissant l'appareil sur mon oreille il s'est enclenché. Édit : J'ai dû enlever l'un des côtés le lendemain car ça me lançait trop. Je n'arrivais à tourner la boucle sur elle même. J'avais mal juste au contact de mon écharpe sur mon oreilles... N'y tenant plus je l'ai retirée, il y a eu 3 gouttes de sang j'ai bien désinfecté et désinfecte encore après 24H. Ça va se reboucher je le sais mais ça me lançait beaucoup trop. (Pas atroce non plus mais génant). Je vais repercer à côté avec un autre modèle toutefois. (Pour changer de boucles). L'autre côté est parfait rien à redire. Je dois avoir une oreille sensible...

Amazing, easy & painless - just be careful as the spring is super sensitive so ensure you are lined up before applying any pressure to the device. I accidentally shot one through without lining up but luckily it wasn't too out of line 😅. Amazing value for money, 100% recommend and will be using again.

I got these to do both my daughters ears age 8 and 9. I could not believe how fast and easy they were to use. I thought that when I pressed it together I was really going to have to pull hard but you barely have to push and the spring puts it right in place. It's only been 3 days but so far they are healing perfectly and they said they don't hurt anymore. Will 100% but again if they want their 2nd holes one day.

Excelente producto! Me encantó como funciona y ni duele. Hay que tener cuidado porque son sensibles al momento de presionar. Pero está increíble.

I pierced my third holes with this and it was the least painful piercing I've ever had, so quick and easy. They have been pierced for about 3 weeks now and iv had no problems...definitely recommend!
