LLC Black Standard Anti Slip Grip Tape (Black Standard Anti Slip Grip Tape, 2" x 60ft)

This has not held as tightly as I had hoped when I blow my deck off, but I do have a high powered blower. And I think we have it secured enough now to not be a problem.

Works good, so far. Good value for the money

This works like it's supposed to. It's pretty sticky on the back, but not so much that I trust it on wood. I had two staircases to do with this roll. One is old pressure-treated outdoor stuff and the other is brand new smooth stained wood. For the old stuff I sanded down the strip where I was going to apply this and cleaned the dust off of it really well when done. After I put it on, I used clear silicone caulk around the corners and the ends in order to hopefully prevent the ends from coming up over time. The smooth stuff is holding really well obviously but I used the silicone on it just to be safe. After a couple months, it's all holding really well. See the pictures.My wife likes that its grippy, but not so rough that it hurts when you walk over it in bare feet.Tip: When you unroll it, it lays flat and does not curl back up like you might expect from being on the roll. So lay out your piece and get it cut from the roll before peeling the back off. Trying to carefully position it with the sticky part exposed while messing with the large roll still attached is not easy.

Adhesive is so-so on the role I received. I installed this tape on wooden stair treads, I suspect that eventually I will nail the ends down, that should take care of it.

We have porcelain tiles for our hardscape on our front and back yards, and there are steps that are definitely slick when it is wet from either weather or from cleaning. Rather than falling and then fixing it, I figured it would be best to fix it and forget it.It's easy to cut from the roll and apply to the surface of the tiles, it just requires some diligence in ensuring an even application and parallel to the edge. It has definitely helped and when testing it in a controlled manner, significantly reduced any slickness and I am confident it would prevent slipping.Hope this helps!

we will give it a good test

I wasn't sure if I could pull a straight line but did pretty good except for one which has a curve but it was cheaper putting this down than getting a spray in liner or a plastic liner. (which traps moisture). I had a plastic tote in back when I went to recycling center and it stayed put. My hands got really dried out after the job but put lotion on after. Worked great and looks good to.

I would have given it 5 stars,however the grit is aggresive,coarse,would do a number on bare skin,maybe over time it will wear down?

Works great. Even applying in cold weather.
