Perfect Easy Mochi mix--- a must
if you like Mochi...you just have to give this a try . It is super easy to mix and make. And it comes out perfectly soft and chewy with a nice buttery taste. It makes for a great desert.

a delightful surprise
I have been delighted to discover Butter Mochi. I am not a big fan of cake, in general. That is, until I discovered Butter Mochi. It has such a moist and almost chewy texture, as well as a delightful flavor, that I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. This "cake" (and the term is in quotes because this dessert tastes better to me than any mere cake ever has) has turned me into somebody who actually WANTS dessert. I have no idea whether or not other brands taste this good because this is the only one that has ever given me a chance to eat a cake that I was fond of. I plan on routinely purchasing this brand of Butter Mochi for the rest of my life!

This gluten free cake mix is delicious!!
As someone who has to eat gluten free, it is often hard to find mixes that taste good. This mix is very easy to make and it is so tasty!! Gluten free food is often more expensive and that is the case with this as well, but the results are worth it!! I had never heard of mochi cake before, and I was happily surprised at how very delicious this is!! I think even people who don't have to eat gluten free will enjoy this!

Absolutely love this brand!
So delicious! I’ve been craving butter mochi ever since returning back from Hawaii and figured I’d make some. So happy to have found this brand because they came out delicious! I added some flavoring of my own ie. ube and strawberry flavors and my coworkers loved them! 10/10 recommend and so easy to make.
