IDC Male Header
I wanted to make an extension cable for my Atmel JTAG ICE units because their connector wouldn't always fit the target board. It was hard finding these. They appear to be exactly like the original used on the Atmel Squid cable. So far they've been fine and I expect no trouble with them. A little expensive on the shipping so I ordered more than I needed so I could support co-workers.

Work great, good quality. They do extend past the sides of the pins a bit, so make sure you have room.

Excellent find. Don't overlook the possibilities.
When building prototypes it is sometimes better to not have your connector mounted on the circuit board, for reasons of strength or density.
