Soyabeaf Chunks are a textured soy protein product that can be used in place of meats in meat dishes and recipes. Dark colored and unflavored, they are about 1/2 an inch wide, flat, and irregularly shaped. The Soyabeaf Chunks are vegan and gluten free, and they contain no MSG. They make excellent main and side dishes, and allow you to flavor them according to your individual tastes. They also require very little cooking, which saves valuable time in meal preparation. Great in stir-fries, stews, curries, etc. May be added directly to soups. Season to taste.
