No USA support different software.
Price was attractive BUT It would not work on BMW and though updated Tech support from USA division was non existent. The units sold on Amazon are Chinese version and US rreps of the company told me support had to be from China. Buy from a US dealer if you expect support. Amazon allowed return without a problem.
