I purchased this on Black Friday deal, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The heft and build quality are exceptional, giving it a premium feel. It came with all the necessary adaptors and installation components, making it easy for the plumber to set up without requiring any additional items. So far, it looks fantastic and performs brilliantly. Highly satisfied with this purchase!

We have had a leaking kitchen tap for months, I kept tightening the locking nut on the ceramic cartridge case but it kept getting worst, we really needed a new ceramic cartridge but do to it being an odd size I have been unable to track on down and the company the tap was originally from called adode we were unable to contact, not sure if they are still in business. Anyway, our kitchen has a number of matching brushed steel items and this tap didn’t disappoint. It’s finish was as described, it took me an hour to fit, the locking mechanism was well made and the tap handles have a smooth and precise quality feel to them. Overall I’m surprised at the quality at this price point and with a 10year guarantee, I’m not sure if that is real but overall a great looking tap for this price point.

Our previous tap had started leaking, so I got this to replace it partly because it was a more sensible price than most others.It works fine - I could nitpick it compared to its predecessor, but that's largely down to what we got used to over 5 years or so.The only significant snag was that moving the spout would move the whole assembly, even though I tightened the fixings as much as I dared. I eventually fathomed that it was unscrewing the big tube that goes through the sink deck. So I did a partial removal (leaving the pipes connected), unscrewed said tube from the tap, applied a modicum of Loctite 577 (proper lock, not just the 'stiffening' stuff) to the threads that go into the tap base, reassembled it all ... and waited 24 hours before swivelling the spout. 3 months on and it hasn't shifted (yet).

This is a great very heavy duty 3 way tap, it's heavy duty great finish but if mounted on a stainless sink be sure to get a Plastic Sink Reinforcer - Stabiliser for Fittings on Stainless Steel Sinks, this is a must for this tap as it wants to bully the sink unit into almost bending the stainless to move from one side to the other i.e rinsing into one sink then rotating to another due to it being very resistant to swivelling. Other than that its a sturdy piece of kit. To use with a filter cartridge is a great addition to any kitchen, a tap you would expect to pay more for than £100 for.

Tap was good for two years but then started dripping. There is no way to contact the seller to organise a replacement under the advertised 10 year warranty. Amazon can't swap it out because it's outside their two year return period. Very disappointed. Don't buy this product if you were expecting a 10 year warranty.

I bought this tap to go with the Frizzlife Reverse Osmosis Filtration system. While the system comes with a smaller tap that can be installed next to your existing one, I highly recommend replacing your main tap with this one. It makes filling large bottles much easier, and it looks fantastic. The tap also comes with all the necessary parts and useful spares.

I was a little apprehensive about buying something as important as the kitchen tap at this price but I am really pleased I did buy it. It is solid but refined and looks great on a stainless steel sink. In fact the quality is better than some much higher-priced taps I have bought in the past! The fitting was straightforward, especially as it came with two different sized tails for the drinking water tap, depending on whether you want to have one of the clamp narrow bore tube filters or one of the more traditional ones that use the main plumbing connections. We used the latter from RSPro which fitted easily and everything is working very well.

Buying this was a mistake. I live in a bungalow with conventional boiler and hot water cylinder. Water pressure for the HOT supply to this tap relies on just the tank in the loft.When we had normal copper supply pipes, the pressure was fine but this tap has three narrower flexible pipes. The cold water and filtered water rely on mains pressure and are fine but the hot has insufficient pressure. It takes ages to fill a basin of hot water for washing up. I’m thinking of having a separate hot tap fitted … more expense!For those with combi boiler and no cylinder, or even perhaps a two storey house, this may be fine. It is a good quality, well-made product.
