It worked great and would 100% recommend. Only thing I felt it needed was to be labeled as a right hand item. My spouse who is left handed said it felt very un-natural when he was using it. For us that's fine because I enjoyed it way more than him anyways lol. It cut and cleared as if the limbs and bushes was butter.

My regular hedge trimmers just could not do the job. ordered these.Started right up. Cut through thick branches. Easy to use. Love it.

Got to finally use the hedge trimmer. At first I was having issues keeping it running. As soon as you let off the throttle it would shut down. It was a pain to get it started back up. So I had to adjust the ideal screw and throttle screw. Now it stays running and doesn’t have any other issues. The trimmer does have a lot of power. But it is a little heavy. Once I got it all adjusted right, well to me it was worth the money.

Almost got a hernia trying to start this thing! AND not returnable, which is even worse! Don’t purchase this product

This thing is badass. It’s by far the most badass hedge trimmer on the market. I trim my Cyprus trees and my neighbors GD kiwi plant and this thing lightsabers through the worst of it all. Previously I had some crappy plug in model from some crap China brand and it is a child’s toy compared to this. If I ever had to buy another hedge trimmer I would buy this exact one again. It’s lighter than you’d expect, has that 4 stroke power, and you don’t need to wait hours on charging some battery pack that’ll last 5 min. A certain politician who’s trying to outlaw all the gas lawn care equipment can suck it because this thing rocks.

I have been looking to replace my old 2 cycle hedger for about 5 years. The one I had was good and it still works. But my transition to all 4 cycle engines has been long. 4 cycle edgers are far superior to the 2 cycle counterparts. Got my first 4 cycle blower 2 years ago. No going back. Fill her up and start. No mix and no foul exhaust.So when I browsed for a 4 cycle hedger, I was shocked and glad one is in production. It is unfortunate that it is not American made. But American made lawn mowers have always been 4 cycle.The search led to this Senix hedge trimmer. I used it for the first time just before Christmas 2020. It took a while to start up. But once it started, what a job it did. It is new and needs to break in. No problems yet. It is a step up and now I just hope it gets enough workout to break in and work like all other 4 cycle equipment. I love the fact that you don't have to mix the gas. Fill her up and start. My 2 cycle took at least 5 minutes to start on its last job. After this hedger's first job. It started up in less ten pulls. This is just a start. But I am happy so far. This hedger cuts fast and don't have to be revved up to do the job. The blades don't move until you throttle it, unlike the 2 cycle. A nice safety feature. The cut is nice and clean. The longer blade gets the job done fast. Took half as long to do today's job and did not have to worry about running out of gas. Looks like a keeper. Did not get gassed while doing this job. No stinky exhaust. Just fill and go. Should oil blades before first use. Will oil again till they loosen up. Still would oil to extend their life.

I have been using Senix products for all my lawn care needs. I have a lawn mower, trimmer and blower. Recently I purchased a hedge trimmer through Amazon and had a little problem with the trimmer. I contacted the seller, and the seller immediately took care of my issue. The person was very helpful and only was concerned about my satisfaction. He did not worry about the tool, only that I was taken care and that my problem was resolved. He immediately resolved my issue. For that reason, all my lawn care equipment will continue to be a Senix product. Great customer service is more important to them.

2 stars. Had this trimmer for 2 years (exactly). There are a number of issues both mechanical and product quality.Mechanical1. Stalls frequently (almost to the point I have to work faster knowing its going to stall on me)2. Smokes ALOT, this could my fault but when putting new oil in - it smokes alot3. Challenging to start.4. Recently, stopped working and string got stuck inside (not able to pull to start)Product Quality1. Orange plastic handle on string to start trimmer...snapped in two. Just left with the string2. Trimmer blades need frequent attention as the shrubs/leaves can leave the blades a bit sticky.Overall, after 2 years of fighting this machine - I don't feel I got my monies worth and disappointed that it literally fell apart and stopped working overall. Wouldn't buy this again and wouldn't recommend this product due to its unreliability.
