Based on your microwave, follow the guidelines on the heating time chart below: - 1100+ WATTS: 90 seconds - 800-1100 WATTS: 3 minutes - 500-720 WATTS: 5 minutes Carefully remove the bag from the microwave by pinching the top outer corners on each side of the bag. Allow to cool to room temperature (at least 5 minutes). Thank you!
