This item, whether the memory foam or gel version, provides plenty of lumbar support and is comfortable. The straps hold it nicely in position on my recliner so I don’t have to adjust its placement when I sit down. I think this pillow works best when you sit up straight, rather than recline but it supports your back when you do that too. I find the memory foam version to be a bit more comfortable than the gel one. I’m a lot happier with my recliner now that I’ve attached this pillow to it!

It's taken me almost a week to get used to it, but now that I have I'm glad I bought it. I use it in my desk chair and it has helped rid me of my back pain. It appears to be a good quality pillow, not one that is going to fall apart. It's firm but still comfortable. It comes vacuum sealed so you take it out as soon as you get it and let it sit out for about 12 - 24 hours to regain its full shape. I saw one review about an odor, and I did notice a smell when I first got it, but it seems to be the packaging, not the pillow. After I let it sit for 12 hours after unwrapping, the slight odor was gone. It took me awhile to figure out how to position it on my chair. But now it's strapped in place and works perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone with back pain after sitting at a desk too long.

Use it at my chair at work. It helps me to sit straight and no slouching therefore it helps my lower back.

This is an excellent support pillow I use everyday in my home. It fits my recliner chair perfectly and provides me with the back support I need. Great quality with super shape retention.

I’m big on writing reviews because before I buy anything on here I scour reviews for what feels like forever! So, here’s an honest review: It’s a comfortable, squishy, foam-like pillow for back support IF you can find the right spot and get it to actually stay there. I have had so much trouble getting the pillow to stay put and I feel like every single day I have to readjust it to a point where it actually feels comfortable. That being said- I do work in a doctors office so I get up from my chair about (what feels like) 50 times an hour so it could also just be user error where it’s not meant to be moved around that much. Our office chairs also have a slightly different design than most so that could also contribute to my problem. I’ve also noticed that this back support juts out a lot so I’m left sitting on what feels like the edge of my seat. Again, could just be my office chair. I wouldn’t know how much it juts out on any other chair. PROS: - Soft - Comfortable - 2 straps to adjust tightness to chair - Size covers my entire back CONS: - Trouble keeping it in one spot… constantly having to readjust it - A bit bulky - Straps seem to loosen on their own TLDR; Comfortable, good support… Make sure to attach snugly to chair and you should be fine.

Great lumbar support pillow, best design with washable fabric and looks elegant I have a throughout review of your product and compare with 3 others companies. Noticed that the differences of your product is the temperature control (when weather is cold, will be firmer. when weather is warmth, will be softer according to your product specification) and the material. The cover of the lumbar support pillow is easy to maintain, breathable material in the middle section covering large part of the back area; and the side of the lumbar pillow is using velvet which looks elegant. Quite firm in supporting the back area but not hard like a solid rock which is important.

This support pillow is AMAZING! I usually get lower back pain and sometimes hip pain from long periods of sitting and/or driving. I had planned a road trip recently from Vancouver BC to LA, USA. 22+hrs each way and I had ZERO pain. Absolutely zero. It was amazing. I am so impressed with this support pillow I might just use it on the daily for my driving. Would highly recommend!
