My favorite eyeliner
This is my favorite eyeliner. The black is deep and rich and goes on smooth, and dries to no budge.

Best pencil eyeliner
I always used liquid liners because I have oily eye lids. But this pencil eye liner has a very rick color and stays on till your remove it and that can be more than 24 hours. Without using a primer it didn’t budge all day. Pretty impressive!
