This year my stationery business boomed during lockdown and I was utterly overwhelmed addressing orders by hand and running to the post office. This Munbyn model seemed to have the same specs as several other more well-known brands (they were nearly twice the price!), so I took a chance after reading the positive reviews. The machine arrived securely packaged, and included both a physical manual and a USB stick containing the drivers and a digital version of the manual as well as UK/EU cables and a decent quantity of labels to get you started. Installation of the drivers was incredibly simple and the printer was able to self-calibrate to the correct settings automatically. This machine has been such a time saver! I can purchase and print labels directly from eBay and Etsy (including those CN22 customs declaration stickers), and have also integrated my shops into Royal Mail Click and Drop, so no more trips to the post office! Quality of printing is excellent and you can also go into the printer settings manually to adjust paper size and depth of printing colour. I've hardly pressed "print" on my computer and the label has already printed - no delay! Best thing is, it never runs out of ink! If you're running your own business, I highly recommend this unit - it is inexpensive, easy to install and use, and takes up very little space. Wish I bought one years ago!

I run a small shipping company for comic creators and after 2 years of using a Dymo printer and it breaking we were on the market for a new printer. After some searching we found this particular brand and at first was shocked at the low price for the device, however we were not disappointed. This printer is cost effective, takes up a small footprint on the desk and most importantly can be feed labels from the back. This is vital as we sometimes use rolls that have 1000 4x6 labels and our old Dymo one could not do this. The speed of the printer is also noticeably better and the qty of the label is not effected by this. The last thing I would like to touch on is how easy it was to get setup and going. All we had to do was install the drivers that came on the supplied USB stick and it was ready to go. We would highly recommend this printer.

This is better than expected! I really like this printer, and it has saved me a lot of time hand writing labels. I use the printer for etsy and ebay, and print labels off multiple times a day. The print speed is fantastic, give the machine 2 seconds and its printed perfectly and being thermal nothing smudges! Which makes it possible to add the label straight away whilst still warm and pat the top down onto the parcel. The only difficulty I had was with the instructions - I wasn't quite sure what to do but after watching their videos it made perfect sense. I wouldn't say this as a disadvantage, but more a slight improvement needed. Great price too 👍

The printer is small and available in white. Very easy to set up following the online Munbyn website videos. I am using it for eBay postage labels. I had a problem at first as the printing was too dark and the post office could not scan the QR code but went back to the FAQs on Munbyn website and sent a message via the WhatsApp group and managed to sort it by taking the darkness level down to 5 and speed to 1 and set it as a preset in the printing dialogue box so I do not have to change it every time. I think originally the factory settings were 6 & 8. Now very happy printing out postage labels. I can also print from Word so have set up a 6" x 4' template to print other types of labels for my storage boxes.

Great printer but it needs user software with templates. You need to test print first when you change size / layout as it is never right from the first print

Easy to install and customised to different waybills and manifests.

Je vais laisser mon avis en français pour aider de futurs clients francophones ;) Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Emballage parfait, expédition rapide. J'aime beaucoup sa forme rectangulaire peu encombrante et son design épuré. Facile d'utilisation, l'installation se fait via une clé USB et toutes les informations s'y trouvent (FAQ) que l'on opère sous Windows ou Mas OS (étant sous Mac, j'apprécie beaucoup cette attention pas si fréquente). L'imprimante me fait gagner beaucoup de temps en tant que vendeuse sur Etsy. Je l'utilise avec Purolator (très simple) et avec Chit Chats (je suis obligée d'imprimer une copie d'écran car ce transporteur ne génère pas un .pdf de l'étiquette comme les autres). J'ai acheté le rack à étiquettes pour pouvoir passer d'un format 4x6 à un format plus petit pour les adresses domestiques. Le changement d'un format à l'autre est très simple. Il ne me reste plus qu'à trouver une application pour générer automatiquement mes étiquettes domestiques plutôt que manuellement comme je le fais (perte de temps). En bref, je recommande beaucoup ce produit pour son design, son encombrement, sa qualité d'impression, sa facilité d'utilisation et son prix moins onéreux que ses concurrents. Service à la clientèle excellent également, je les ai contactés avant mon achat. Merci !

Most valuable piece of office equipment I have in my office. We use it daily and it produces great labels of all sizes. Keep in mind when you are changing your label sizes. You also have to change it on Amazon or eBay printing option also. But one you change your preferred settings on both your computer and platform, you good to go. Its very Easy to set up my Dell installed it right away and in 10 mins I was making labels of all sizes. Before I got this label maker, I felt like I should have invested stock in the ink market. Know the staples lady that knows me well said " No ink today". I smiled and said I bought a new Munbyn Thermal printer for my labels and it doesn't need ink. The quality of the machine and the print quality is top notch. I wish I would have made the switch from inkjet to thermal print 2 years ago. But keep in mind there are hundreds of machines on the market. But if you want something with high quality, Easy to install, No headaches, Munbyn Thermal printer is the way to go. It uses standard size labels and GUESS what gave me a gift in the box for either extra labels or a label holder. It was very nice of them to give me a customer appreciation Gift. Thanks Munbyn.
