Maybe if you tape or tack it in place. Otherwise no. It needs the floor to hold it in place.

Idk but it's cheap and flimsy. I sent mines back. I wouldn't recommend this item. It has a big empty space in the middle. Half of it won't fit your door. So you have to use both parts & then it's to long for a Standard door. Don't waste your money or time

no it is just 1, it folds in half for mailing or maybe for a small closet door so it looks like 2

Q: Will this keep the cold air from coming in under the front door during the winter?

It will reduce the draft but not completely stop the draft. I certainly noticed an immediate difference.
