Cracking ginseng tea
I am elderly and have a morbid fear of my mind getting forgetful. I have ginseng tea morning and night mixed with a ginger and lemon tea bag. I also take ginkgo Bilbo’s, both ginseng and biloba help feed our brains. I recommend nice strong mix.
