Very affordable and vibrant. I used it for coloring American buttercream (I didn't realize how potent it would be and went a little too dark) and made rainbow cupcakes and cake (a little difficult to see, but beautifully vibrant), covered with white Italian meringue buttercream frosting.

I heard about this product on a TV show. I didn't know food coloring came in a gel form. I thought it was only the water based stuff I had that was available. I bought this box, had my granddaughter sort the colors into two groups and we made a batch of Play Doh with 6 colors. What they said on TV was true. These gel colors are so much brighter and deeper than the old food coloring stuff I had. The old stuff goes to trash. I'm thankful I found this product.

Beautiful colors. Very messy, lots of variety in the box. Price is great for the quality. Baked nicely for the bread I used this for. My only complaint is that it is messy. Stained my counter but finally got it out. Make sure to use gloves and lay some parchment/wax paper down if kneading like I was

GREAT !!!l used it the next day to bake a swirl / marble cake for the weekend. The colors were crisp without using much. When it was cut it was really nice.Finally a proper coloring agent without that yucky taste. Worth the extra cost. =) should get 10 stars

Beautiful colors with very little gel added

These are the best food colorings I have ever used. And they have zero aftertaste. The picture above is a loaf pan pound cake that I made for Black History month. Do you see how bright those colors are?and they're easy to work with. You just keep dropping one drop at a time, until you get your desired color. I love them and will be reordering when needed.
