These earbuds are incredible!!! I seriously love them! And I've tried several. Pros: 1. They connect easily with my phone 2. They have wonderful sound quality 3. They have a decent range 4. They are truly waterproof!!! Seriously. I've accidentally ran them through the wash and dryer on more than one occasion and they still work perfectly! I'm thrilled!! 5. There is NO light while being used! This was a huge plus for me because I use these while feeding our baby at night in a dark room. No flashing or anything except for when initially connecting to your phone. 6. I like that there is a button on it. I've used ones that were just touch and they'd accidentally play while in my pocket or before I could get them in my ear or when taking them out. With music that wouldnt be bad, but with an audio book, it was infuriating. So I'm super happy that these have a button so there is no accidental playing! 7. I love, love, love that you can use these ear pieces interchangeably and one at a time!! This was also a feature I didnt find in others I've tried. I like to just use one at a time and let the other charge and then will swap them. They fit just fine in both ears, so I honestly never even look to see which side I have. I just put it in whatever side i want at the time and I'm good to go. 8. I like how your phone will tell you how much battery life it has left when it connects with bluetooth. 9. I like how it gives you an audible "low battery" warning a minute or 2 before it shuts off. So that I have time to pause what I'm doing and switch out the headphones instead of being in the middle of it and being caught off guard. 10. I love the charging pod! It isnt loud or cold or bulky. And there are NO lights on the outside of it which is a huge plus for me. It is discrete! But when you open it, I love how it shows you how much battery life is left in the charging pod and if you need to recharge it. It will also let you see if one of the ear pieces is still charging or not. If it is lit up, it is charging, but if it is blank, it is fully charged. 11. I love that you can pause and play with the button on the earbud instead of needing to pull out your phone. You can also turn it off by holding the button to save battery life. 12. Never once have they fallen out. And I regularly wear them in the shower, while cleaning around the house, mowing the lawn, lying in bed, driving, etc. Cons: the only one I can think of is that I accidentally lowered the volume on one ear bud and couldnt figure out why it was so quiet for awhile. The ear buds are not interchangeable for this volume feature. But normally I dont use that, so it was only an issue that one time when I didnt know what had happened.

When I went to look for bluetooth earbuds for my wife and myself, I was going for the name brands (Samsung, etc..) but was reading good and bad reviews. Plus, with the pandemic hit, my pocketbook was a little strapped, so I decided to look at other lower priced models. I came across the Beben bluetooth earbuds here on Amazon and loved the great reviews. I then watched a few unboxing vids about them. It seems that no one really had anything bad to really say about them. So, we ordered two sets. They arrive on time and in great shape. Straight out of the box, they had enough charge to turn on, pair, and play music for me for four hours. The case had about half charge on it so I let it go for five days without charging it, until the battery was depleted. I charged them overnight and by morning I was listening to music, talking on calls, and just enjoying these comfortable earbuds. The noise cancellation is AMAZING! I have taken to wearing one when I am out and about as I am completely immersed in my own world when they are in and lose track of everything around me because I cannot hear it. The sound quality is amazing! I am not a soundphile, but I do have an ear for music, tuning, and bad tones: these earbuds deliver great close to true sound. Calls on the earbuds are clear as can be! If my wife uses hers while she is at work, I can hear her coworkers whispering from the next room over. She can hear me perfectly. Even my aged parents can hear me when I use them and call them. Overall battery life for me seems to last a good 7 hours. I charge the base maybe once every week and a half. They can be paired to multiple devices, which the wife loves so she can watch videos on her laptop, phone, etc. I am so glad that I made this purchase and would and HAVE recommended these ear buds to all my friends and coworkers.

Update April 2024 Let it be known I have treated these poorly on purpose. I have dropped them an uncountable time; both the individual earbuds and the case, gotten them wet, drained the battery to nothing, used them for 8 hours at a stretch. I did things to these earbuds that I would never, ever, do to my Airpods. That being said, the left earpiece is working at about 1/2 the volume capacity and I lost the little screen insert on the right one (not in my ear). Volume on Right still strong and the battery just won't quit. Hope that helps. All the best, Just Benjamin Original December 2023 The good, bad, ugly, and thoughts. GOOD: These work, I mean, really work. I can walk 40' from phone and still have connection. I have used them with non-stop music & video streaming for upwards of 6 hours without recharging the buds and they never quit. Base also holds a great charge. Sound is good (not fabulous), but solidly good and people on other side of calls also say it sounds good. Finally, the Price is Crazy Good. I paid over $100 for my airpods (lasted 3 years), and only 20% of that for these. BAD: When not actively listening to something the ear buds have a low constant static noise until they shut-down and are also loud when they are pairing. Trying to remove the ear buds from the case is difficult but not crazy difficult, especially during the winter when your hands are dry. Ugly: What a Pain to Pair. I switch between devices and these things just don't like it. They will stay connected to a previous device and must be manually disconnected in settings before they will pair with new device. Then, sometimes, they don't pair. I'm trying different ways to try and overcome this. We'll see. Thoughts: Worth the price as an inexpensive way to replace my old worn-out airpods. Time will tell, but so far I really like them and would buy them again. All the best.

It's all good with these Earbuds. I have been using them for a while now and have had no issues at all. Great for phone calls, great for music, awesome charging base and a real actual button you can press (no stupid "touch" controls to annoy you on these). A few friends have purchased these since I did, and they are all as happy as I am.

Superb sound for the price. Great fit in the ears (plenty of options for bud sizes). Easy to use with a very small charging case. Love them! Will be buying a second pair…

The microphone is really bad. People listen more the outside noise than your own voice.
