PR Lotion, Performance & Recovery Bicarb Sports Lotion, Natural Electrolyte Sodium Bicarbonate Bottle - (300g)

This stuff is the REAL DEAL!! First week of using it and I crushed all my PR’s and pretty much lifted heavier than before. I have been weightlifting for about a decade now and I can say that I’ve literally tried them all, and nothing compares to how great these workouts have felt with this lotion. Every lift felt super smooth. Definitely recommend and will definitely continue to purchase!The ONLY downside I have with this is that it smells a little funky, stains (but can be washed off) and doesn’t rub in easily. But small price to pay. Other than that, it did exactly what it was supposed to. Love this stuff!

I have used it for 6 workouts now and love it. It noticeably reduces muscle fatigue. First time I used it I didn’t think I got very good workout because I didn’t feel completely wasted after, but the next morning proved otherwise, nicely sore. It’s been the same for every workout. One of the most effective workout products I’ve ever used.

To say I was skeptical was a bit of an understatement. But I tried it nonetheless. And, whether it was actually working or completely in my head, I was able to knock out more reps per set while using it. So, effective? I'd have to say yes

I've been using this product for several years now and have been please by the results. Love the fact that it reduces muscle fatigue and improves endurance, particularly in the legs. The drawback that I have found is that it is a very thick lotion which makes it difficult to evenly distribute across the intended areas...especially if there is a lot of hair present. The scent isn't anything special, but a more pleasant odor would be nice during the application process. Despite some of the drawbacks, I will continue to use this because of the benefits I have experienced.

I noticed a significant boost in strength and endurance during my resistance training while using this. I will be purchasing more.

Got to be honest didn't feel that much and alot on for UpperBody ans LowerBody felt the same effect nothing amazing

This stuff is absolutely the best at fight lactic acid build up in your legs.
