The wheels are highly durable and will cope easily, no matter if it’s in supermarket, car park or around town. The Donkee has the strength to last! The Donkee has over 35 years of development and trolley building know how and comes exclusively from Sholley . No rear axle which stops you kicking the back of the trolley whilst you walk. A new park break which lock the back wheels in place. An incredibly strong frame making it safe to lean on. A waterproof bag to keep your contents clean. Sholley makes the best shopping carts!
Huge shopping cart. Got this for me, but decided to give it to my son because he does not have a narrow hallway like I do. Holds a lot of heavy groceries. He once bought 6 24-pack of pop, a couple gallons of milk plus other groceries and worked great. He rides the bus when he shops and has yet to have a problem with it. Easy to control and even plows through snow on the pavement without too much problem. I have the smaller shopping cart from Sholley that I use all the time on the bus. Without fail, every time I use it somebody wants to know where I got it from.

Wheels are a problem.
Wheels are cheap, fragile and not responsive to terrain. I am very disappointed int he maneuverability of this item.

"Shopping Donkee" (by Sholley Trolley, UK company):
I bought this “Shopping Donkee” (by Sholley Trolley, a UK company) in Oct 2015, so that's three months' of ownership. It's the most sturdy, well-constructed cart I've ever had or seen advertised, albeit the most expensive, too. The UK company advertises their carts/trolleys as sturdily built for people who require the assistance of a walker, but need the walker to double as a cart for carrying items (not necessarily groceries). Their web site says this Shopping Donkee was in response to user-demand for something that could carry more (and perhaps not necessarily to double as a walker, although it certainly could, but not with the curved handle bar, on prior models, which can be flipped around 180º).In response to reviewer ♦Journeyhawk♦ who stated there were no assembly instructions: truthfully, I don’t recall whether there was a sheet with instructions, but the cart came pre-assembled and folded up -- except for the wheels, the handle and the 1”-thick piece of pressed-board (see #3, below).1) Yes, you had to insert the handle bar into the top of the cart.2) Yes, you had to figure out how to "click” each wheel into its receptacle at the bottom of the cart -- which did require me to use a hammer to generate enough force. And yes, the wheels are plastic -- but “plastic” can be more resilient/strong than many metals. Myself, I am confident these plastic wheels will last as long as the cart, provided I'm not abusive.3) And yes, you had to realize that the square 1”-thick piece of pressed-board was NOT to be thrown away, but rather, to be placed inside the cart as a substantial “floor” of the cart. BTW, a thinner square of pressed-board is sewn into the cover of the cart, which means items can be placed on top (handbag, briefcase) without causing the lid to sag and crush the eggs/bread placed at the top of the load inside the cart. Having a stiffened lid also permits the lid to prop itself open without needing to secure any flopping fabric; plus, because of the “skirt” that hangs from the lid, the stiffened lid makes it easy to close the lid with just a little effort to adjust the skirt to fit on the outside of the cart’s structure.Rolling a “normal” load of groceries from the garage, up the elevator, to the apartment is a breeze, now -- and all in one trip, not two or three. Also, I have easily rolled two cases of 1-litre plastic bottles of soda, plus their plastic flats/holders (I don't know what those are called) -- that's a total of twenty-four 1-litre bottles plus their two flats. I never felt as if I were going to twist and mangle the cart with the torque of turning corners or turning around in the elevator. My previous metal-grill cart would sag/lean/twist, which made the plastic wheels sag/lean/twist, and the wheels would wobble/twirl -- extremely tiring to push or pull. The vinyl (or whatever it is) of the covering/bag is of significant weight -- certainly won’t tear/puncture with the first pointy object to hit it. And there’s a lot more supporting metal, hidden by the covering, than you’d think.♦ Wish list=A) I wish the Sholley Trolley company would sell their trolley/cart accessories in the US. Myself, I’d like the hanging mesh-net that allows items to be placed (“hung” in the net) in the upper third of the cart without crushing items in the bottom two-thirds of the cart.B) I wish the padding on the handle were something more substantial than what is used, which is soft, porous and sponge-like. It should certainly be less willing to attract the dirt from one’s hands, and easier to clean. We’ll see how long that lasts.C) I wish the “Shopping Donkee” had been designed to fold-up/collapse in a similar way as their smaller models do. (See attached photos that are from the web site of the UK company Sholley Trolley -- no, that’s not me, that’s the company’s model!) For the "Shopping Donkee," it’s by no means a simple “lift here” and, voilà, it’s collapsed -- I think the floor board has to come out, but don’t quote me. I leave mine “fully inflated” in a closet.[end of review]

Good quality
It is perfect is big enough to bring my clothes to the laundry or doing the groceries of the week. Only little details: the quality of a seam edge is not so well made. But in general is stronger enough, bigger and resistant.

No packing slip sent with order. Cheaply made plastic wheels. No assembly instructions. Cheap plastic collar that slides up and down metal bar to fold it up. Material appears nice, but I doubt if it will last 6 months of use. Not happy with this at all! Sending back for refund.
