MAHLE Original OX254D4ECO Oil Filter

Excellent filter, perfect fit and comes with the o-ring.

Bought this to have ready for my next oil change on 2019 Porsche Cayenne I am sure it is a quality product as that company has a great reputation in Germany and abroad.

This oil filter is very good, fits my 2013 cayenne tubro, I have purchased and used many times, highly recommend.

It sucks when you get something and it does not fit but the site says so. Amazon does a good job making sure you are buying something you need. This is the perfect fit and is exactly what Porsche recommends.

4 Stars instead of 5 because one of the two filters I ordered came with slight damage to the filter medium due to poor packaging for shipment to me. I repaired the damage using epoxy glue and would have returned the filter if the damage was more severe. For more recent purchases of the same filter, I have chosen to use another source which takes better care of their packaging. As manufactured, the filters fit perfectly on my car, and the included O-ring sealed perfectly. Zero leaks. For the installation, you might find that the new filter takes more hand-applied force to push it into position on the filter housing on the engine before re-installing the screw-on cap. But otherwise, no issues.

Perfect for the Cayenne 3.6 liter

Mahle is an excellent brand for replacement oil filters for Porsche. What can you say about an oil filter? It fits and it seems to work. If you really care about your car as it gets older, send the used oil for analysis to Blackstone, which I do. At a minimum, cut open the used filter and check for any signs of metallic particles in the filter medium.

This is the same exact brand and filter used on my 911 GTS by Porsche and by my dealer. They charge +$400 for an oil change. This Mahle OX254D4ECO fits my Porsche 991.2 911 GTS - it’s an OEM filter and suitable for 991.2 (base, S and GTS models). I use this with absolute confidence along with M1 0w40 oil.
