American Company, Quality Product, Exemplary Service
I purchased this cartridge from Amazon and encountered a small issue (a missing piece that didn’t affect functionality). I reached out to iSpring support and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from a real person—thank you, Nick—for quickly and professionally taking care of it. Responsive, after-the-sale support like this is becoming increasingly rare. When a company says it’s U.S.-based and that commitment shows clearly in its customer service, it really inspires confidence. This experience confirmed that I received exactly what I was looking for. As for the cartridge itself, it appears well-made and performs exactly as advertised. Starting with 0 ppm input water, my readings consistently range from 11 to 14 ppm. Installation and use were incredibly straightforward—honestly, writing this review took more time than setting it up. Best of all, I’m very happy with the water's taste. I am highly satisfied with both the product and the support.

Great RO System, great support!
Model: 100gpd, ph+ Despite being packaged well, a fitting was broken off inside one of the filters. I was able to get it out though. Customer service answered on my first call and expedited new parts. Thank you Nick! There are a few other things worth mentioning here. The included “leak stop device” is made for 1/4 inch hoses and my hardware didn’t have 3/8 to 1/4 elbows. You can find a 3/8 x 3/8 leak stop on Amazon for around $15 if you’re concerned about water flow. The included filters (4,5 & 6) also have 3/8 x 1/4 inch inlets. I ordered the filter package shown with the plus sign next to the system on Amazon and they were not the US made ones. Not sure what the difference is (other than price) as they both seem to be 1/4 inch inlets. FK-US for US made ones. Currently they are out of stock. The system seems well designed and comes partially assembled including a water saving ASO valve. Particularly like the clear housing on stage one. It allowed me to see that the installed filter was wrapped in plastic which they all are, so be aware as it’s not mentioned in the instructions. Love the filter wrench which is easy to use due to the filter housing taper. Metal mounting frame is a plus. I was trying to connect the poly tube to cpvc and had issues with different threads so wound up using compression fittings for the 3/8 inlet and pot filler lines. There is a nice bag of extra parts but mostly for 1/4 inch systems. Despite numerous connections, no leaks! Pressure is good and waste water minimal. Taste is like spring water. I would suggest someone re-evaluate the included parts and make sure needed fittings are there. Looking to save some $$ between pitcher and I/M filter cost. I’d recommend this system without any hesitation at this point.

Great system, Better service!
I ordered this RO100 unit in 2021 although I didn't get to install until after a remodel in 2023. So I feel I can give an honest 2 year review. So far I am very happy with the quality and taste of our water. The local supply switched over to chloramine vs chlorine years ago and that made our water impossible to use for coffee, and I always just considered it the norm to use a bulk RO supplier for drinking and coffee water. Yes, it was a pain to go refill 3x4 gallon containers at a time so I checked out iSpring due to the good reviews. All went fine with the installation(garage) and I am a few filter changes in. I did have an issue recently with the main feed valve not closing completely, making the last filter change a bit tricky, so I called iSpring's help line and explained my issue to Nick. He assured me he is sending out a replacement. Now that's service after the sale! I am looking forward to many more years of quality production of RO water and great service. Thanks again Nick for taking care of me!

Good system but poor instructions.
Definitely an upgrade to our previous system. Better flow and better tasting water. The installation instructions were not very clear. Found helpful information on YouTube. I would definitely recommend this system.

I would not recommend this unit unless you are an expert handyman or will have a plumber install it
. . . and maybe if it is a new installation in a new kitchen. I think I’m pretty adept at home repairs, I’ve remodeled a bathroom - including plumbing and electrical - and changed rooms and walls in my home, but it still took me almost NINE hours to install this unit. Partly because it was to replace an old, obsolete unit (so it was not a new install) and I had to go to Lowes 4 times to get the parts I needed, which were not included, to retrofit the supply water and waste outlet to this new system, partly because I spent about 2 hours online trying to figure out how to install this unit - the instruction, if you can call them that, are abysmal and I did stop for a 30 minute lunch. So if it had been a new install, and now that I KNOW HOW to install it, I could probably do it in much less than 3 hours, but it did take almost nine. The instructions are almost worthless, I could not find anything online for this particular unit (there is a YouTube that says it is about this unit and another similar one, but the YouTube is ONLY about the other one), and the companies help line is only open from 8:30 to 5:50 EST Monday thru Friday, so that is no help on a Saturday. The parts list is a non-descriptive “list” instead of naming the individual parts and/or having actual photos which would have been much better. For instance one part listed is “Poly Tubing.” Well there are 3 different colored tubing inclosed, yet in the written directions call for 4 colors of tubing, a “blue” tubing is not enclosed. In the written part about installing the RO faucet, it calls for blue tubing, yet in the photo that accompanies these directions it SHOWS white tubing, which is enclosed. However this same white tubing is used to connect storage tank to the RO unit, but this discrepancy is not explained. In the YouTube it does explain that this tubing is to be used for both, and should be cut to length. There is a piece of tubing from the “Auto Shut-Off Valve” to the 3rd Stage Filter that is not connected. The connector for this is included in the parts bag, but it is not labeled nor does it say ANYWHERE in the directions when or how to make this connection. In fact, it never even mentions in the directions when or how to even mount the entire unit to the cabinet. The most vexing problem was the “white tube”/”blue tube” to the RO faucet. In all of the written directions it says use a 1/4" “blue tube” yet the photos only show a 3/8" “white tube” and the connector to the faucet only works with the 3/8" white tube. In addition, the final connector out of the RO unit ONLY works for a 1/4" blue tube. So the RO output is for a 1/4" tube (blue) but the faucet that this goes to only has a 3/8" tube (white). This was the biggest installation problem, which is not covered anywhere in the directions or on-line. Fixing this took at least two hours. Finally I discovered in the parts bag, a non-labeled and not listed a 3/8" “white tube” output connector. I had to unscrew the factory installed 1/4" output connector on the unit and replace it with this other 3/8" connector to finally solve this problem. I was not very comfortable taking apart the factory installed connector, but that was the only way to fix this problem. I’m not pleased with the output flow, and will call tomorrow to see if this can be corrected, but I do not think it can. 24 hours after installation the output flow is 1quart in 40 seconds, that seems to be a long time. My old unit would fill a quart in about 25 seconds, so it now takes 60% longer. It would take about 2 minutes to fill the glasses for a family dinner. The new OR faucet outlet is 1/4", even though the tubing to this in 5/16" ID (3/8" OD). This is probably because the original design, as written in the directions, called to 1/4" tubing. My old unit had 5/16" outlet, and 5/16" tubing to it. I’ll let you do the math, but the new 1/4" outlet is about 56% smaller in area than the 5/16" outlet I had, so at the same household water pressure, this accounts for the decreased output flow from the new unit. So unless they can provide a new, wider RO faucet (or I buy one and retro fit it to this unit) the math says the flow will not improve. In the “directions” it never mentions how to hook this unit to a refrigerator or ice maker, which I guess they figure is self-evident. Also there is a “Leak-Stop Valve” included with the unit which is not mentioned anywhere. In looking at the on-line references to this, it seemed so fragile that I was afraid to install it, because of the problems the company says it can cause. The unit seems well made, is quiet and only wastes one gallon of water for every one gallon of filtered water produced, which is very good since most units waste 2 to 3 gallons per gallon of filtered water. So, it seems to be a high caliber unit, well made, seems to have very good water quality, but it has very POOR instructions, decreased output flow and no weekend, or evening, support available. I really cannot recommend this unit unless it is a new install or you are paying a plumber to do it. By the way, when I installed the last unit, the one I replaced, it was a new install and with the directions that came with it, I think it only took one hour to install it.

Good system
Pro’s What sold me are all the filters are made in America. Well built unit similar to the commercial one I had at my work. Good value for the money. Comes with extra fittings, extra filters if you want to add to the order. Hose and parts needed to install pluse wrench to tighten the cartridges. Everything except the tools to install, common design to fit below a sink. Con’s Instructions are pretty good, but not exactly as well as it should be. 1) hose in instructions show a yellow tube, Blue tube that it didn’t come with. Used the white tubing for these colors that the book showed to use yellow & blue tubing. There’s a lot to read and follow and do. The steps could have been better laid out, Advise others to watch a few YouTube videos to see how others did their work. Taking the plastic wrappers off the filters is important. Make sure you do that and then replace them and tighten the cartridges. Bleeding out the air & purging the system is important. Flushing out the cartridges first & then the other filters till water clears and comes out clean, let water out of the system & them turn on the tank, flush out at least 2 tanks or more. It’s a little challenging but taking your time is always worth it as you can save time not having to chase leaks or redoing some steps. Bubbles are common Once you start using the system, but they don’t tell you that. Clears up after using it for a while. Just bubbles not sediment.

Great RO system for a great price, manual needs work
Pros: - Great RO system, 5 stages is plenty and very little waste - Price is much less than similar units - Includes all filters - Includes so many adapters for different size tubing and configurations, plus tube locks - Replacement filters are reasonable and easy to order from Amazon, not proprietary - Very nice quality faucet - Nice wide 3/8" tubing for greater water flow, my 11 gallon water tank fills in about 8 hours (note: not all 11 gallons is water, some is air) - The filters are very securely installed, compared with my old RO system where they would often fall out without warning Cons: Really the only con are the directions - Each input/output should be labeled on the unit - One of the tubes from the flow control comes disassembled, which is fine, but it should be labeled as well as the adapter that is needed. There are literally 25 adapter pieces and this one should be labeled. - The leak stop should simply not be included. Not only is it meager protection, it requires reducing the input to 1/4", and is not mentioned anywhere in the manual - The manual should not assume this will be installed under a sink. It can have instructions like, if installing to a floor drain do this, if installing from copper pipe do this, etc The instructions don't even need to be that complicated, like here they are: - Connect "FAUCET" to the faucet with a 3/8" tube and a 3/8"x1/4" reducer - Connect "DRAIN" to the drain with a 1/4" tube, with drain saddle if needed - Connect "WATER IN" to the water inlet with a 3/8" tube and adapter based on your setup - Connect "FLOW CONTROL" to the input using adapter labeled "FLOW CONTROL" - Connect "TANK" to the tank with a 3/8" tube - Mount unit to a wall, use a stud - Unwrap each filter, replace securely and tighten - Throw leak stop filter away - Fill one tank of junk water and empty before using Obviously installations vary and the above is simplified, but you get the idea

A great RO system. Water tastes great and there's consistent strong pressure when dispensing.
I purchased this RO100 system to replace a prior 3-cannister system from GE (which I had for many years but wasn't thrilled with) and have been impressed and happy with the RO100 since. It produces clean, crisp tasting water, has a tank which holds plenty of water for us (and our pets) and has great pressure to fill your drinking glasses and coffee carafes quickly. I wouldn't say it was the easiest to install as there are a lot of tubes and connectors, but the instructions aren't bad, as long as you read it thoroughly. BTW, for brand new installs, make sure you open each of the three big filter containers, remove the filters and PULL off the plastic filter packaging for each filter before putting them back in the containers. That wasn't a step in my documentation, and I learned the hard way, lol. The filters are easy to replace and I definitely recommend putting a cookie sheet or pan under the system to catch the excess water before you start undoing the filters. Also, according to their installation videos, when you purchase a replacement membrane cartridge, store it in the refrigerator. I wish they had stated this in my documentation as well. Finally, shout outs to their Customer Service, especially Francis! They're quick to respond, are friendly and provide concise answers. I've contacted them twice about replacement filters and cleaning procedures and they've been extremely helpful! Overall, I'd recommend this system and company. We've been using it for over a year now and our family has been happy with it since day one!
