We installed ourselves - was slightly difficult but not impossible! Love the way this light looks over our dining room table!

The product arrived about one week later than it should have. In the end, we had to wait almost 2 months for the product to arrive. Once it did arrive, the canopy was smaller than the manufacturer advertised. I had specifically asked about the size of the canopy before purchasing, and the seller stated "Hi, the canopy of this rectangle aluminum tassel chandelier is in Width 14" x Depth 4.7" x Height 1.2"." However, the canopy's depth was actually closer to 3", and thus was too small to cover the hole in our ceiling. Also, the canopy was not chrome as pictured. Instead, it was covered by a dark gray thin covering with areas that were scratched or peeling.Update:I returned the item as instructed by the seller, paying $52.83 to return it via Fedex because neither the seller nor Amazon would comp the return of this defective and falsely advertised item. The seller received the item on 6/28/21 at 2:45 PM per Fedex tracking ID. However, they still won't issue me a refund. I am now down $350 for the item and $50 for return shipping, and I don't even have the item anymore. Do NOT purchase from this seller. They are scammers.

What a light! It came broken, so the electrician had an unpleasant rememberable time with it! Finished product—wonderful! Hate that we had to spend extra money to install!

We bought this light and gently laid it on our table to start assembling. When we lifted it up to determine the correct length from the ceiling we noticed a lot of little tiny metal pieces (like hooks) falling out. They were scattered all over the table. 5 chains had fallen off as well. And we had only touched the light once! We then decided to return it and had to box it up again as well as pay $30 for the trouble. I'm not posting because of the return fee (although annoying) but rather to give other buyers a heads up about the metal shards in case you have small kids or pets.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't really sure what to get when ordering this Chandelier as there weren't a lot of reviews and was listed in the deep, dark pages of Amazon. Hoping my review as well as my video and pics help.Very unique, and beautiful chandelier. It definitely adds a pop, and a focal point in your room.The warmth of the light can be adjusted with the wall plate- bright white or warm light.Not sure as to the bad review for the lack of light. Most people buy a decorative light fixture because it is decorative, not for it's light output. If you want a bright light to shine down on your food, not sure you'll be able to find a decorative one.

I love this chandelier; it’s so beautiful! The only downside is that the light settings reset every time it’s switched off.
