Huge tablet
I've only been on this for 4 days, so haven't expected to see results. However, keep in mind this tablet would be very difficult to swallow if you have such issues.

Stopped the joint ache
I ran out of this product and thought I’d test Bi Flex to see if this product really worked. After 3 weeks without Bi Flex my knees started aching again to the point that I couldn’t kneel without sharp pains in my knees. I went back to taking Bi Flex daily and the pain went away. I won’t stop taking Bi Flex again. This is a product that really works.
