Could not get it to work
It had a first class specification and I would have loved to use it, but when trying to load the operating system it went into a loop for 6 hours - twice! Returned it for refund and bought an ACEPC instead. Lower spec but activating it simple.

Packs a punch for a SMALL pc!!
Bought this to replace a very old dell pc that had done sterling service for 14 years. Mainly use a iMac but need a windows pc for some old software I still use and need. Tried a virtual machine on the (2019) iMac but not impressed with its speed etc. This pc is “Small” about the size of a cd case x 3 high.....and packs a punch. video from GoPro runs super smooth as does the old software which was clunky on a VM. Why this, by the time you purchased VMware, memory upgrade for iMac and a widows licence it worked out a far better buy. Very pleased with it.

On balance DO NOT BUY
After 3 months use I find the following.ProSmall, neat, excellent connectivity, fast, well priced, you would think a very desirable item.Con1. Appallingly poor version of Windows 10. Cannot install when connected to internet as enters endless loop when setting up PIN. "Please wait a minute" and still waiting twelve hours later. Advised by their people to isolate from net when installing.2. Support for installation very poor, slow, unresponsive.3. Noisy fan4. Bluetooth useless. Drops out at random.5. Support team can't be bothered and do not understand English. Complete waste of space.Bad outweighs good. DO NOT BUY.

Cannot start
Powered this up and got excited. It started to BIOS and I couldn't get past it. Effectively useless.

No SD card slot
Overall I am very happy with this. The one downside is that it does not come with an SD card slot as advertised which is unfortunate as I bought a 128gb SD card to go with it. I've now had to buy an adapter to use the SD card in one of the USB ports. They need to amend the description.

Excellent machine.
Excellent PC. I had a few issues with the windows 10 key but the Tec support fixed that !Great machine lots of usb ports 4 of which are usb3 making a good replacement for your desk top m/c
