Q: Is this made in China?

It does not state specifically on the packaging that it is manufactured in China, however, it is an LSE light 26W light bulb for a full size Savio skimmer. Don’t know where it was imported from. China is a good possibility. The description is a little deceptive in that it says “Savio” - but it is a “replacement” for the Savio UVinex bulb. The 26W Savio UVinex is $119. This LSE (“Savio”) bulb is half the price of the UVinex bulb. I bought two and will try vs the OEM Savio bulbs. I’ll see how they perform. So far so good. It comes packaged in a cardboard tube completely different than the Savio UVinex bulbs.

Q: Is this 26w same size with the 18w bulb?

Yes. The ballast and connector are the same for the 18 and 26 w bulbs.
