This unit is easy to use and works when you need it.We have it in our restaurant seating area which is about 4800 cu Ft. This unit is supposed to take care of 2500 cu Ft, I believe. However, it works great in our seating area of 20X20X12.I noticed it instantly detects foul orders (dirty mop buckets, garbage cans rolling next to it) and instantly kicks into another gear to clear the air when in auto.The turbo button (not sure it's called "turbo") is a a good way to prep the area if you know you'll be working in the area. We just opened and this came in handy during and after our restoration.It is quiet and looks really nice. It is easy to move and has many control options. We use the auto mode while open and manually turn it off at night. It has a timer and scheduler but we've not used those features yet. There are a lot of filters and many extra filters. That's a nice bonus.A little on the pricey side, but for the volume of air we ask it to clean, and all its features, it's worth the investment.Strange this is, after I've been working all day and stand next to this unit, it kicks into high gear and the indicators show "dirty"... Maybe it's trying to tell me I need a shower? ... I take it that the sensor is tuned to sense humidity and sweat and reacts to conditions in the air.Love this unit, I recommend purchasing.

I researched for a long time and getting a large air cleaner for my home. I decided on the new wave because of the positive customer reviews.I had the Nuwave for for about 6 months. It malfunctioned and I called customer service. Customer service was great. They walked me through the whole return process. Maria was very professional and kind. They paid for the return shipping and set a new one out immediately when they got my UPS notification. I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the whole situation.Again great customer service.This air cleaner is the best. Ilike all the stages that goes through the filter system.Very happy buyer!

This purifier has literally been a life changer. I originally got it to keep the odor down because entertain and have two cats. Upon cleaning I can't believe the amount of cat hair it picks up. We had it for a full year before a fluke operating error occurred. Customer service was able to replace the purifier within a week once I sent it in for a repair or replacement. I noticed a difference in quality of air when it was gone and when I received it back. It is sleek and blends in with my decor and is quiet, until it picks up an odor that shouldn't be there. If you're on the fence on finding a purifier and spending the money, get this one, it is worth every cent.

I bought this for my son who has many animals in his house, and has allergies. It cleans the air amazingly well, removes most odors, and is easy to clean and service. It replaced a HEPA/Bulk charcoal unit that was costing a fortune to keep refilled with filters and charcoal, and is doing every bit as good or better. Being able to wash most elements without generating more trash for the landfill is a great thing.

Definitely a difference in air quality with it running is a bit loud but worth the money

You know when you have pets and your sinus is allplugged up and you can’t breath??? Nuwave to the rescue !!!! This sleek, WiFi connecting (super easy) to control from your phone, easily moveable (4 wheels) machine, works incredibly well in a 1450sf home. You can be cooking and set it on auto, and it will automatically kick in levels 1-6, and remove orders in seconds. It sits in our great room (kitchen, dining & living room, open plan space). Unless on turbo, it’s quiet enough to place in a bedroom, and it does not interfere with big screen TV viewing 10 ft away. The air is so strong you can easily feel it from 20ft away. It saves on your AC central from having to kick on, as the moving air actually cools you from 20 ft away when set at the mid to higher levels. So we set our thermostat higher. If guests walk in from smoking, it will go off immediately for approximately 15 seconds, if it detects any smoke residue on you or in the air. We had a guest come over and when he went up close to look at it , it immediately turned on and he asked, “do I smell”? lol 😂 . Pet dander and cat box smells are no longer issues. Purchased separately, the unit base cover (diaper we call it, that goes around the bottom and 4 legs fit in it) to keep pet hair from clogging the filters….the fur just sticks to it and never enters the unit. There are two washable diapers in the pkg, therefore, you always have a clean one ready. Nuwave unit is a little pricy, but watch for a $50 coupon, so check the box, and we purchased a damaged box unit Amazon had, and saved another $100. When it arrived we couldn’t find anything wrong with the box. Placed in the box, are 8 extra filters .to replace the one that is not washable. And finally, watch AMAZON PRIME DAYS, July 15-17th, for possible sales . Worth every penny!!! Love it! 😊

Well made and easy to set up. Slightly loud for some. It has some definite white noise. Good product though...you won't be disappointed.
