Christmas Fitness Advent Calendar for Fitness and Wellbeing, 24 Days of Fitness Challenges, Medal and Pin Badges Included

I liked the idea of this calendar but my wife has put this on the list of things for me never to buy again.I thought it would be something different and for £25 I expected HIIT workouts, something interesting, some challenges etc.I kid you not, the daily comments / suggestions / challenges included things like “park your car further away from the office to get you 10000 steps in” and “make sure you eat your 5 a day”Really? £25? It’s actually marketed very well indeed but the execution is sadly lacking.

Would not waste money on this again, in 5 days I have had 1 fitness challenge which was to walk 10,000 steps, the other two 'fitness' challenges were 'remember to eat fruit' and 'laugh more'. Also you only get a fitness challenge every other day, on even days you get a 'prize' - for me the prize would have been a fun fitness challenge every day, which is why I bought this calendar!

Terrible product, such a waste of money.I was looking for a real fitness challenge but so far the challenges have involved very little fitness. I'm bored of this already, doubt I'm even going to bother opening the rest of it.

Amazing - a gift for my sister who was overwhelmed on receiving the advent calendar. She has registered online and now cannot wait until 1st December. She said it’s the best calendar she’s ever had 😊

Really disliked this product, really overpriced for what you get. Bought for someone who is used to going to the gym and exercising but the activities included doing 1000 steps and get 7hours sleep. Wasn't very challenging! Not worth the price, really disappointed!

Absolute garbage. Insultung tiny messages about taking basic exercise that a 6 year old could write. Pitiable 'make your own' medal. Not even ironic. Total waste of money.
