It was easy to put together. Material feels durable. Only downside is that it doesn't tilt lock and the arm rest height isn't adjustable (though it can be folded up). I'm 4'11" and the back is the perfect height for me with great neck and lumbar support. My feet kinda dangle but I use a foot rest so it's not a big deal. My boyfriend who's 5'10" says it's comfy but the back could be taller.

Beautiful, comfortable, very supportive desk chair! Took less that an hour for me to put it together. Only one screw just wouldn't tighten all the way but the cover for it will hold it in place.

I had the older model of this chair for four years. The chair become squeaky, the seat was deflating, one of the arms was loose, and my cat scratched it to pieces but let me be clear - I could not live without that chair. I was so sad to search my order history and find out that Amazon no longer made that chair but was very excited when I discovered they actually changed their name and had an improved model. Let me also say that this cream color is a gorgeous color in person and it goes well in my living room and matches my desk aesthics. The cream color allows it to blend in with everything around it while giving it a classy look. I can't say if it's easy to assemble because my husband assembled it not me, but he didn't complain or get frustrated so must not be too bad. The chair is very comfortable to sit in all day. I work from home and then use my computer in the evenings as well so I'm in this chair sometimes 12 hours a day. My computer set up is in the living room so my chair is accessible to guests and they run to sit in my chair when they come in the house instead of sitting on the sofa. I did have a bit of a break in period but that could just be because I was so used to my old chair that I needed to adjust to it. I'm a plus size gal - coming in at a size 18 - and it's so wide that I have no trouble fitting into this chair. There is plenty of room on the sides of me. The arms move up and down which one of my favorite features. My only complaint is that I wish the chair would go higher than it does. I'm 5'7" and sometimes I want to sit higher but I'm maxed out. Seems odd so maybe the problem is user error.

I love this chair! Was hesitant to buy due to the price being a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I work from home and have terrible posture from sitting at my desk all day, so I needed something that would be conducive to helping me sit up properly. I put the chair together myself, it was heavy but overall pretty easy to do. The tools provided worked great and the directions were clear. Aesthetically, it’s a lovely neutral color and everyone who has seen it so far has complimented me and on how nice it is and how comfortable it looks — Indeed it’s a very expensive looking chair. The first time I sat on it I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it….maybe something about the lumbar support seeming to protrude too much? At any rate, I gave it a couple of days and I absolutely LOVE it. I can already feel my posture improving, no backaches and I’m perfectly comfortable all day long. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier. It seems to be very well made, so I’m confident it will last a very long time and be worth the price. I HIGHLY recommend this chair!

I don't even know where to start. This chair is so comfortable!!! The back and hip support is amazing. It's also very soft on the but. I can sit in this chair for hours and not get stiff. The casters and very strong and roll very easily. The tilt is flawless and I love the levers with cables on each side for the adjustments instead of having to reach underneath. I highly recommend this chair.

Está hermosa, me encanta el color, es súper cómoda, se arma facilísimo, viene con su instructivo y es muy intuitivo, viene con las herramientas ⚒️ necesarias. Había estado buscando una buena silla y a buen precio, está teniendo muy buenas reseñas, aproveche que bajó de precio y decidí comprarla. Se puede regular la altura del asiento y la de los descansa brazos.

La silla se siente bien, es cómoda, al principio se puede sentir algo firme/duro el asiento, pero después de un par de días de uso se vuelve más cómodo sentarse Hay algunos detalles que no me gustan y deberías saber antes de comprarla 1. Es una silla algo ancha, soy una persona delgada y mido 1.60, para mi tamaño realmente no es tan cómodo descansar los brazos en la silla ya que tendrás que abrir mucho los brazos para recargarte bien, la mayor parte del tiempo prefiero dejarlos arriba 2. en los brazos tiene dos costuras que rodean todo el borde y ese detalle me ha irritado el codo por la fricción, es realmente molesto ya que, si quieres recargarte no lo podrás hacer por mucho tiempo o tendrás la marca de la costura por todo el brazo, no importa si usas un suéter la molestia se siente Por lo demás he de decir que se siente de buena calidad todo, el asiento es cómodo si vas a pasar muchas horas sentado como yo no tienes de que preocuparte en ese sentido, los brazos no me encantan, pero es una percepción muy personal, para ti puede que ese detalle no sea un problema. el respaldo se siente bien.

This is definitely an upgrade from my gaming chair , better stability, amazing lower back support , and nice material . My only complaint is that the wheels are cheap.
