When it finally got here, I feel it was made well and seems to work well. If the price is right, I'd buy another.

I had high hopes based on other reviews, but my experience with the cartridge and vendor were not good: I purchased two cartridges for my organization's Ricoh 3410 / 3510 printers. Cartridge #1 failed immediately and spectacularly, printing pages solid black, and with a roller actually falling out of the cartridge. Cartridge #2 works, but the printers continually think it's reporting itself to be empty even at first install (we have to take it out, rock it to respread toner, and put it back in - that seems to clear the problem for a while). Trying to get a refund from TonerPlus on Cartridge #1 was a chore, although they did indeed ultimately give a refund. Apparently their policy (which I didn't know when I pulled the failing cartridge from my printer) was that I must send a photo of a misprinted page. I certainly wasn't willing to put the malfunctioning cartridge back in my printer to obtain one. Ultimately the vendor accepted a photo of the cartridge with the roller that had fallen out of the cartridge as the policy proof they needed.
