Easy to use, the exfoliating head seems to do its job but the actual epilator itself is amazing. As the worlds biggest lightweight when it comes to pain I was terrified, but it was totally manageable. Kind of like a tiny elastic band pinging, to be honest by the end of my second leg I was bored. No redness or trouble but I don’t have particularly sensitive skin in fairness. Expensive but I feel like it’s going to free up so much time!

Love this epilator. I put off getting it for a while as I’d bought the previous model not long before. But the flexi head really appealed to me as the other models are too static for the curves of the body so I eventually caved. I’m so glad I got it. It’s a bit quieter then the older model, has a nice case and accessories. It hurts less and I feel I’m not having to re-go over areas as much as I did with my old one. It would be great if it had a charging stand and it must be the way I hold it but as the power button on this model is a sensor button rather than a twist button like the old one I easily switch it off as my finger naturally falls in to the position of the button when holding. This was a bit annoying at first but I’m getting more used to it now. Wish they’d bought this one out years ago as it’s fab!

I've had several epilators over the years and this is by far the best yet. It gets the shortest hairs and the battery last for several uses so no need to worry about if it charged enough before your finished. Great for bikini area under arms and of course legs. Quick to use and has a light to shine on those little hairs that like to hide.

My gf purchased this, her review - This was my first time using an epilator. It did hurt quite a bit at the start but it's not unbearable and think it's a pretty good bit of kit. I would recommend purchasing ingrown hair treatment gel and aloe vera gel, as this has really helped my skin after epilating and when the hairs start to grow back. Overall I'm pretty happy and would recommend to first timers and anyone looking to upgrade their epilator!

Opened box, read instructions and charged epilator. Fully charged switched it on it buzzed but no movement from the epilator head. From a respected brand this is simply unacceptable quality control. Hopefully I can sort out a return and refund because at £150 it's not a small amount of money lost.

I love this epilator. I used Brown epilator for 10 years so was curious whats out there on the market. Honestly didn't expect much difference as it ultimately does the same thing. But firstly it feels very comfortable in hand when used,its quiet and it adjusts to your shape so easily. Also it works so quick, like u go slowly through path of hair once and hair is gone. I had to run my previous epilator through one patch 3-4 times before hair was gone. Shaver attachment works well too. Thanks

Oh my gosh, the most amazing and magical epilator ever! No pain at all!! I have used it all over my body and there is no pain at all! At first I was paranoid thinking it must be shaving the hair, it can't possibly epilating with no pain, but after 4 weeks my body is still hair free, silky and smooth!! I'm going to get another one. A great purchase!

I absolutely LOVE this epilator!!!! It was pricey, but I love using it. The charge lasts for ages, and I’m loving not having to wax or shave. Not attempting my nether regions, but everything else is smooth for ages. Would highly recommend!!!!
