Yes,can confirm in the etrex touch 35 I bought it has a microSD card slot in the battery compartment. Can take cards up to 32gb for increasing internal storage and for story additional maps. Hope that helps.

Does this come with a cycle mount?

I believe so. I will have to dig out the box to confirm.
