I used to get up at 3:00 a.m. to teach classes online. Coffee was a must! With half-hour long classes, your regular "cup" of coffee could get cold. With this Bubba Hero Tumbler (we called it a thermos back in the day, but that's because there was only one brand!), I could fill it up and it would easily stay hot for 5 hours of teaching time, plus a couple of extra hours of writing feedback reports.Used outside in the cold (below freezing), I easily get a good four hours before the coffee gets less than warm.Construction: Well made, well-insulated, leakproof.Usage: Easy to drink from, and the texturized rubber grip makes it easy to hold.Value: It works, it's inexpensive, 'nuff said.

These do what they say they'll do ... keep cold things cold for hours and hot things hot for hours ... I've tried them and they're right. I've not found another brand that even SAYS they can do these things ... these are best.

I have owned one of these mugs since 2017, so my review is based on my own 4 years of actual ownership.This cup only needs to be filled with ice once every 12 hours. (I drink about two to four 12 ounce soda's every 24 hours.)I drink pretty much from this cup exclusively, *and* I drop the cup often.It is a tough cup. After 4 years of constant daily use, combined with my own clumsiness I still have NOT broken the flip-top lid that others have complained about, so, yeah.It fits in most cup holders. It also rides well on my ATV.The threads on the plastic lid have what i consider to be poor dimensional tolerances. In other words; it may be possible to cross-thread the lid if you get in a hurry, and while The lid (and flip-top) seals well, If you overtighten the lid, you may 'strip the threads'. I haven't done this yet, but I can see where it is possible.There is also possibility of damaging the silicone o-ring, if the lid is overtightened. What can happen is, the top lip of the cup will cut into the silicone o-ring. --I haven't done this either but just don't over tighten it.I am not a fan of the flip-top either, but if you treat it like your grandma, well, my flip-top is 4 years old and is still going strong.this is my second cup, and that is why I got a chance to write this review, because after 4 years, I finally found out how to permanently break this cup.So, learn from my mistake. The cup does NOT like being dropped from 3 feet onto the thin plastic sealing edge, at the top of the OPEN end of the cup. This sealing edge is only about 2mm in thickness, and it wasn't designed to be used as an impact point.In closing The original cup has been a great cup, but unfortunately the second cup, the one I just bought, umm, yeah, well, that cup obviously has NO VACUUM.It doesn't even come close to preforming like the 4 year old identical twin cup. sooo... The cup I just bought, I will be needing to return it to bubba as defective.But that is a manufacturing issue originating from China and so it is a tale for another time...

i had an OXO travel mug for coffee. recently i switched to drinking more tea. i couldn't get rid of the coffee flavor of the OXO so i decided to buy another travel mug. i purchased a Contigo 24 oz. it was horrible. leaked from the first. i got more tea on my hand and clothes than in my mouth. my poor wife had to put up with my rage on the way to church. i saw the amazon reviews for the bubba mug and figured "what the heck. worse thing, i can return it." well this mug is just perfect. does not leak. fits perfectly in my car cup holder. keeps the tea hot hot for a long time (hours). and it does not leak. i got it on amazon for $12. liked it so much that i got one for my wife. it had got up to $17 the next week. still a great price. we both love it. highly recommended,

It's my go-to mocha mug, plenty of room for a large plus whip, added cream, sweetener, shake it up and go. Keeps hot stuff hot long enough for me, I like the faint lavender sparkle color, the band makes it easy to hold, and if you make sure to snap the cover over the drink hole it won't leak when you toss it in a bag.The top opening is smaller than the total diameter so the baristas have to work a smidge to get the whip into it, and you need a spatula handle to push a sponge around inside to clean it out. The lid cover is good but pivots on little plastic pins that will not take much abuse before snapping so you should be mindful when cleaning it by hand. It fits perfectly in the truck cup holder but is tight in the SUV's (both chevies) so it may not fit all vehicles.I don't expect to ever need to replace it, and that's fine with me.

I had an older 20oz version of the Bubba I was using every day. Now with this 24oz Bubba, I can take a half a lot of coffee with me every day. A quick rinse in hot water is normally all they need. Load contents, shake vigorously to mix, done. They both fit into the side pockets of my work backpack. They get tossed around my back seat with no leaks. Contents stay hot for hours, often through a ten hour shift, second only to a classic Thermos (which is not as convenient).In short, I'd buy another, hands down.

Using it for two months now approximately. Seems like a good sturdy product. Keeps your beverage warm for around four hours, not more. Good grip and volume capacity is around one large cup.

Bought this item for take away drinks on working days.it was a little larger than I expected but it's all good.keeps drinks hot during the day,looks attractive. I am very pleased with this item.
