A true beacon in the dark of micro flashlights
As someone always suspicious of lumen claims on flashlights ("It can burn a hole through paper! It can light up a city street!"), I'm always ready for high-lumen LED's to let me down. But, as a tiny pocket flashlight for a quick need, this little torch coming in at around 2" is quite a gem, offering four different brightness levels, a flashing option for emergencies, and a UV light for counterfeit bills and crime scene investigations for the armchair detectives of the world. The lowest light setting is absolutely perfect for low-light reading in bed or other non-invasive needs to those around you; second level is equivalent to old incandescent flashlights for efficient light and battery use; the third level is perfect for average flashlight needs similar to most LED flashlights of today, and the highest beam can easily illuminate bright distances of at least 100-150 feet quite brightly, enough to scan an average suburban yard incredibly better than an average traditional incandescent. The battery holds up well, but the high beam used constantly will wear it down very quickly, usually 30 minutes or less; the quick flash when the rubber-like button is pressed in steadily will use the highest beam until released and can easily blind or stun anyone or anything hit in the eyes with it, and the compact design with keyloop offers quick draws out of a pocket for immediate needs. The drawback is that it still uses the archaic USB micro to recharge, but at least offers a nice tight water-resistant rubber seal flap to plug in when not in use; while i haven't ever used or dropped it in water, at least the damage will be minimal if none at all if retrieved quickly. It also takes time to get used to double clicking the light to turn on, versus a traditional one-click, but this actually prevents accidental pocket turn-ons when say a set of keys or other object clicks it, keeping it from turning on indefinitely and wearing the battery down without the user knowing it; a well-thought feature that overcomes that minor annoyance to activate.Charging does take about 2 hours roughly, but easily done during the day when not needed or overnight while sleeping; it offers a blue LED to indicate charging and turns off when complete. An absolute must-have for EDC (everyday carry), stupendously bright on high, and extremely handy for anyone to have when needed most; light as a feather and extremely compact--so much so I often forget it's even in my pocket to begin with!

Great quality for a great price
Super adorable I've used it while working on my car and it goes far! It gets a little hot and takes a while to cool but over all MORE than worth the price! Charged in like 15 min and gets VERY bright! It's a little smaller than a Swiss Army knife and can take mare abuse 😂😂

Awesome mini usb-c light
I had the previous single led nitecore that survive a trip thru the washer and still works 8 years later. This builds on it with twice the max lumens, a usb-c connector, and more light options. I’m using on night walks, as a backup on late evening hikes, and for travel.

It really surprised me. Good for the factory AND camping. (EDIT; Stopped working.)
I recently started working in quality at an automotive plant. I need a UV light and I need a white light, but I didn't want to carry two flashlights. I tried this. I check for small spots that need painted, and the UV light does a great job for that. If I was checking something larger, where I don't hold the light close, this wouldn't fit the bill. It won't throw far, but I don't need it to. The white light is impressive for the size. For the purpose I use it for, it's honestly a bit more than I need. For both uses, I've had people say, "That is too cool. That little thing does that?" Ya, it's pretty good on both counts. What surprised me the most? That High CRI light -lamp. That little thing lights up my 3 man tent. No, it's not like daylight or anything. It's more than enough to do the things you need to do though.Things that might annoy you? When you're using the UV light the key ring gets in the way -take it off if you want. The UI takes a little getting used to, but after a day or two I didn't have to think. It's too small for more buttons, and it does a lot -I'm not sure how they could improve it.So, it's a great tool for MY WORK -inspecting smaller details. For camping, I would call this a good backup in a small package. It won't replace your dedicated flashlight or lantern, but it's a serviceable back up that doesn't take up any space. Keep it in your pocket. If you lose your lantern or flashlight, use the lantern or flashlight on this to find it.(EDIT; Today I got the GITD model. The glow doesn't last long enough to be of any use.)EDIT. STOPPED WORKING! Completely dead after just over 30 days of use. Won't charge. I only took one star away because it doesn't seem to be a widespread issue.

excellent light for keyring or EDC in your pocket - you won't know it's there
This is an excellent light for keyring or EDC in your pocket. Plenty bright for any work, light enough that you don't feel it. On a light of this size, I think a machined aluminum case is unnecessary and adds too much weight.Operating system for the button works well. It starts up in the lowest brightness. There is a momentary mode that is full brightness and this takes about 1/2 to 3/4 of a second to start. This light has a 130 mAh battery compared to the rovyvon's 300, but I wanted the UV light feature. The UV light will work for ID's and currency, but don't expect it to work on urine stains, etc. With all these lights, keep in mind the battery will wear out, and is not replaceable. Typically, a lithium ion battery is good for 500-1000 cycles. Thus I wanted to limit cost to around $20.

Great flashlight for a great price.
The brightness of the flashlight was very impressive. It charges fast and holds a long charge. It has other features on the flashlight but I use it most for emergencies when I need a light for my car or whatever. Well worth the price.
