These are great, and the magnet holds very strong on metal surfaces. They are large and sturdy and hold very strongly. I had planned to use these to mount ditch lights, and I love the fact that this would make them easily removable and avoid any modification or drilling. However.... be smarter than me.... To be perfectly clear, this is NOT the product's fault, BUT.... if you are ordering these, make sure to check the exact surface of the mounting location on your vehicle. I made the mistake of assuming that the hood of my 2024 Ford Maverick was of the same metal as my roof/doors/etc, so when I didn't specifically check the hood of my truck! Guess what?... magnets won't work on the hood of my Maverick!! The magnets work great on the metal surfaces (roof, doors, fenders... every other painted surface I tried other than the hood). I can't fault the product one bit... I just share this as advice... be smarter than me! All that said, I'm keeping them as 1) they weren't too expensive, and 2) I like them enough that I'll find a way to use them elsewhere... maybe I'll do some lighting on the roof? I'll just have to find a new mounting solution for my hood! I still recommend them 5/5... just check your intended mounting surface before ordering.

Had no idea these existed. These are very easy to install, hold very firmly with magnets, and are very versatile. Great mounts for light bars and pods. Fit most any where and are a great value for your money. Weather proof and rust resistant. I recommend them.

I bought these magnets to mount a light bar on the roof of my truck, & boy? Are they strong.. It’s even really tuff to make minor adjustments if they are a little off because they are so well stuck to the metal. The only suggestion I have, is make sure the spot you want to mount them on is actually a magnetic metal. I initially wanted to put it on the hood, but when the magnets came in? They weren’t attracted to it because it’s aluminum, so I had to change plans. But they worked well & im happy with the results. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who needs to mount something to metal.

Everything the picture seems correct. I've ordered these a handful of times now on the work good. No issues with them falling off at any speed. Even though they can get a little pricey, I still think they are worth it. Quality is great

I had to find something to install my light on my Nissan Titan 06 because I took a light off the truck after I bought it it was not working little did I know I was going to replace it eventually and I threw away a $75 dollar set of brackets.lol live and learn so instead of paying another 80 to 100 dollars for the same thing I tossed in the garbage I went with these I love how strong those magnets are I didn't mount the light yet but I managed to try one bracket and I had a very hard time getting it back off I definitely recommend buying these if you want to save time and money. Just my opinion

It works great; the magnet is very strong, and it will not move. The build quality is very good, and being a magnetic mount makes it very easy to move and install. The price is good for what you get. One thing I will say is that because it is a magnetic mount, it makes it very easy for someone to steal.

The magnets are very strong and easily fold a 5” inch heavy duty offroad LED e.g. AUXBEAM. However, you must ensure that the surface of the car, where you place the magnets is NOT curved so both magnets have FULL contact with the car. The magnets themselves are not bendable and therefore will not adapt to the cars surface. These magnets have an 8mm receiver hole for the offroad light. Most offroad lights have a 10mm screw. Either get a 8mm screw or dill the hole in the plate a bit bigger.
