This is the one
IF you've seen similar products from the usual suspects, walk away. This is the one you need. Lots of flexibility for mounting depth, quality material, and stronger than the competition. I've done a ton of installs, including Jeeps but this is the only adapter I'd recommend.

Get Metra instead
Had a lot of issues with this kit when installing double din radio into 2013 wrangler. the plastic of both pieces of the kit seems to be oddly "curved" such that when screwed to radio, there is a gap between the radio and the side pieces. Not sure if this was a fluke or by design, but I simply couldn't shoehorn the dash trim over this kit.Additionally one of the two holes on each piece that would normally be used to bolt the kitted radio in to the dash is eclipsed by useless plastic to the point that I had to cut the plastic to even have access to the screw.Ended up purchasing Metra 95-6511. Even this required modification, but much nicer overall.

So so
For a 2010 Jeep Wrangler with a Kenwood DNX572BH install, these work, but not well. Holes do not line up with this head unit (had to modify), and the slots for the jeep panel snaps are too large.

Not even close to fitting, chose a different kit
All I can say is what a piece of junk. I don't know why they would say that it works for a 2016 wrangler because it's not even close. I should have trusted the persons review that said it didn't fit. Even after sanding I still have fit issues. It's about an 1/8" too wide. That doesn't sound like much buts it's a lot when you're only filling a 1/2" gap. Don't waste your money on this unless your car is one it actually fits (no idea how you figure that out though)

One Star
Junk. Misaligned and after shaving, it still doesn't fully properly fit my 2017 wrangler.
