Perfect Poached Eggs
I absolutely love this egg poacher set! The stainless steel rack is sturdy and fits perfectly in my pot, and the nonstick cups make removing the eggs a breeze — no sticking or mess at all. Fab egg poacher.
Why did you choose this product over others?:AT LAST! Perfect poached eggs. After years of messy pans and soggy eggs we thought we'd try this. 5 mins in the pan. A little knob of butter first. It's like magic. Brilliant.

I used this to make vegan poached eggs, it is by far the best mould I’ve used, it gave the eggs a brilliant texture and cooked them really well. We were all very impressed. The product fits well into a saucepan and is easy to handle

Easy no-mess poached eggs
I enjoy using this to make neat poached eggs. With a touch of butter on the non stick surface the cooked eggs drop out of the containers easily. I own small, medium, and large saucepans. It fits my large and medium size pans but is just slightly too wide for my small pan.

Fantastic!
I was a bit sceptical about this. I have tried numerous egg poachers to end in disappointment but this is fabulous! The cups are large so even double-yoked eggs don’t spill over the top and they come out beautifully, leaving no residue behind.It’s a great buy!

Poacher
Easy poached eggs or steamed cakes, I use a deep sauté pan that has a lid, simply put the poacher in the pan with approximately half inch of water.I lightly oil each cup with olive oil, add eggs and lid. Bring to boil for about 2 minutes then turn off the heat leaving lid on to allow heat to continue cooking contents. I have cooked individual steamed cakes but remember that cakes will rise.

I've only made 3 so far, but without any practice just follow easy tips and you get first rate poached eggs with no need for a special pan so long as its got a glass lid.the first was a medium sized egg and the other 2 were extra large which were done to perfection within 5-6 mins of lowering into the pan. the design of the frame is great and easy to lift and lower - i used a towel but tongs would easily lift them. The eggs slide out of the slightly buttered cups and wash with no effort.If i were designing the cradle i would make them shallower but larger diameter so they cover more of my toast! - but of course just spread it around a little does the same job! Fab now i can eat healthier eggs and more of 'em! -- in fact writing this has set me off so I'll go make a quick double egg and toast! ;)

poor nonstick surface
The idea behind the product is excellent..simple and fits in a moderate saucepan but the eggs didn't come out of the cups cleanly ..needed a spoon to extract and left egg to be scraped and washed off afterwards.Before I bought this I was doing them. In foil pie cases lined with cling film and they peeled out if that easily with no residue
