Well it was a mostly Chocolate CakeNO Wheat-based flour.Baked up nicely. I did add other ingredients tomake it sturdy yet moist. Family & Friends loved it.Sorry, I do not give away My recipes.

Excellent price for a slightly better-than-OK product. I will stick with Hershey's Dutched in the future. I've purchased five or six other Yupik products, and this was the first to disappoint.

The best option available for cocoa, priced per pound. It would be nice to know the geographic origin of the source cacao growers. Makes great cookies, cakes, ganache and hot chocolate.Stock up and enjoy before climate change kills off all the cocoa plantations.

Taste exactly like chocolate. I haven’t tried any other brands but I don’t think I need to or should. Taste amazing and Great bang for Your buck! I use it for my smoothies when I’m craving something sweet (I can’t have regular chocolate) ingredients are one spoonful of this two bananas and soy milk 😋

There must have been moisture in the packaging as the cocoa was full of large and small clumps. The product was unusable without first being sifted.

With low blood sugar I use Alkalized ("Dutched") Cocoa for making hot chocolate (3 parts sugar to one part cocoa, just add hot water) as that does not cause me heart burn, but while Yupik Powder has a very good price it is not as strong/rich in flavor as Hershey's Dutched Cocoa, Special Dark, 8 Ounce, though that is now harder to find at its past price of about $4.00 for 8oz.
