Have only used once so far but it was a fun way to get a little movement and exercise in with a group of senior citizens.

I'm the lead volunteer for a group of seniors with dementia. This group, called The Gathering, gives their spouses five hours of respite each Tuesday. Many of them have difficulty walking and we like to get them moving, exercising and laughing, while also engaging their cognitive ability. This ball is terrific for all four. We sit on folding chairs in a circle, with lots of volunteers. We take turns throwing the ball to each other. Whoever catches the ball looks at where their right thumb is placed, then leads the rest of the group in performing that activity. I demonstrated how it worked by having one of the seniors throw the ball to me. My right thumb landed on "belly dancing," so I awkwardly tried to belly dance! They loved it! I can't recommend it highly enough! It felt like we were playing a fun game. It's been one of our best activities!

I use this in my elementary music classroom for team building and when I might have a little extra time at the end of a class. The kids (3rd-5th grade) love it!

Ball came straight out of the packaging with a hole in it and the vinyl sticker included to repair the ball did not work after several applications.
