10 x Conductive Film Sticker for Xbox One Controller Replacement D-Pad Button Metal Dome Switch Pad

I have two Xbox One controllers and one chat pad. All three devices have needed at least one surgery (usually involving some soldering) to keep them alive. Fortunately, they are repairable, so I've managed to keep them out of the landfill for the past several years.Recently, when the D-pad started to fail on one of them, I searched the web for solutions and, to my surprise, these simple stickers with the metal domes seemed to be it. Other than the time it takes to disassemble/reassemble these controllers (watch a few YouTube videos on the process before attempting it), actually fixing the D-pad was simple - I literally just had to peel off the old sticker and put the new one on.I verified the fix using some controller testing app (shows button clicks on the screen; can't remember the name of the app). More importantly, the D-pad again functions reliably in games, with only a light touch. Now I have nine more, in case I ever need to fix another controller...

I've saved a bunch of Xbox controllers with these. I've fixed a couple of my own and several customer controllers without any complaints.

Can't believe I waited this long to replace this diaphragm switch sticker. My 7 yr old controller feels like new again, and I can actually play games that I've avoided because of my non-functioning D-pad. Be warned you will have to solder + de-solder a few wires to get to the problem area. Not hard, but if you don't have the tools to make the repair this replacement is useless

Am so please and actually shocked that this worked. like so many other sad xbox controllers, my Elite Dpad decided it didn't want to click the down arrow anymore. Instead of buying a new Elite controller for $200, i gave these a shot and it worked! It was very easy to replace, just a couple small hex screws and a hair dryer to loosen the glue of the old sticker, put the new one in place, more hair dryer and put all the screws together again. I was shocked that this simple fix fixed my controller. Im interested to see how long this last. Sorry for not posting pics

These are the ones to buy! I tried ordering these replacement stickers off eBay and they look identical except for 2 things: they come on a blue colored backing paper (instead of clear) and the blue ones do not work. I’ve tried replacing this part 3 times now and it is a pain to get to so each attempt was like a half hour of work.Get these authentic stickers the first time here and you’ll be much happier.

I liked that there are a few of these, driving down the price.I won't say getting those controllers torn apart is easy; my daughter and I probably spent 90 minutes on this, but the part is a perfect fit and works flawlessly.Look for a good "d-pad" YouTube video and DYI away!!!

Great product. Saved me 70 dollars. Fyi, you will also need to order two security torx drivers to disassemble the controller to get to the board where this piece goes.

Changed the film ... the buttons work but they are still hard... dont know why
