Women's Jersey Sleeveless Empire-Waist Midi Dress (Previously Daily Ritual)

I love this dress for work and for play. I wear a nice blazer with it to work or church and a denim jacket for any casual outings. The shoulder straps are a bit long but I was able to tuck and taper so they would not slip off my shoulders. The pockets are perfect and a bonus for any flattering dress. The fabric is very comfortable and flattering . I wear a 12/14 and this was a perfect fit. I washed it in cold water and hang to dry.

Fits as expected. I am 170lbs and 5'3" tall., and I ordered a large. The material is a soft, stretchy nylon that is not see through, and it is very comfortable. Your bra and bra straps will show if you wear a full support or sports bra, but a cardigan would cover that easily. The empire waist is high enough that it helps disguise belly fat. Overall, a nice dress to wear as a base layer.

It is slightly loose around the bust area but that is an easy fit. For persons who are more busty it should be perfect. Fabric is soft and it falls nicely.

Ran a bit large but quality as expected for the brand and price. Cute with a pair of white sneakers.

I loved the length and pockets, but the straps are too thin and it looked super stretched out at the arm holes and neck. It fit well every wear else, so a smaller size wouldn’t work. Returned.

I really love the way this dress looks. I love the color and the fit. However, I guess because of the weight of the material, the top keeps sliding down low and I have to constantly adjust. Also, the material under my arms seems to gape out a bit. I guess maybe the top portion is just too big but I think the dress would have been too small if I sized down. For reference, I’m 180 lbs, 5’8’, 36D

It’s a pretty dress for warm weather, but I can’t wear it because it runs so big.

It is a great dress, I bought 3 colors. The fabric is great. Unfortunately you are not able to wear a bra - the dress has a really low neckline - and the decollete is square in shape. That somehow makes you pretty square in shape too. So it best fits somebody sizes S-M and pretty flat chested. Had to return, alas.

Hi guys! I got an XXL in Caramel. The band of elastic at the tummy is a little thicker than I thought or is pictured.. I’m happy it has pockets. I would say it doesn’t hide ALL of the lumps and bumps, particularly around the BOOTAY, (thuds 4 stars) but overall wouldn’t mind wheeling this out in summer as a cooler option! 👍 (I’m 5”9 and 130kg so theres that!)

I love this dress! I wanted a midi length black dress to wear in the summer (I have a UV allergy which turns me into a summer goth). Even though I'm only 5ft2in this dress is a really nice length, hitting just below my knees. Looks super cute with sandals or trainers. Nice comfy stretchy fabric and it has pockets!The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the fabric has gone a bit bobbly after one wear.

Not worn it yet, as it's decided to start snowing again haha! But I'm VERY impressed with this dress, especially for the price! Lined bodice, so i know it will keep it's shape, soft cotton jersey in a good heavy weight so it hangs nicely, and huge, but discreet pockets.I was abit worried about sizing, so based on other reviews I thought I'd go up a size to xl, glad I did, it's fitted but not tight. I'm 6ft2, and a size 16.Really looking forward to the sun coming back out so i can wear it!

It was flattering during the first few times I wear, soft and hugs the body well but after few washes it’s becoming stretchy and stretchy even if I washed it only at 30 degrees. I tried hand wash as well and dry it flat. It’s supposed to be a midi but now becoming like a maxi . The length is no longer in proportion to my body . The jersey materials is not good .

This is a lovely dress. Nice material and flattering fit. I can really see it only fitting women with substantial breasts - mine are moderate and the straps are too long so the dress slips down at the front. I like the dress so much though as the rest of the fit is good and the colour is great that I'll shorten the straps myself.
