a tad expensive but I believe worth it ...

I like whatever i buy from Dr. Mercala

I trust Dr. Mercola product! even though its a bit expensive but the saying goes, you get what you paid for. I have try many product over the years and most are not effective or given me a nasty burp. Dr. Mercola product solve all of that, I bought my parents and given my neighbor a try of this product. My mother has report her eyes are not as dry any more and vision seems better at night!

I've been buying this for years for my son who was hyperactive and agressive. At one point, I tried to save money and go with Mega Red brand, which was like putting him on nothing! It was absolutely chaos and I was feeling like pulling my hair out until I could get Dr. Mercola's back in the house. It has SUCH a profound affect on my son. He is even keeled and a joy to be around when he takes it. When he forgets to take it, I can always tell- he's bugging his sisters all day and is more argumentative with everyone.Also, since my two daughters were toddlers, they have cried almost nightly about leg cramps, sometimes even unable to walk. My chiropractor said that he heard fish oil helps cramps, but he didn't know the why behind it. I put my girls on Dr. Mercola's Arctic Krill Oil, and immediately, their cramps disappeared. After 2 weeks? I asked them, and they said that they couldn't remember the last time they had any pain. It's now been a few months, and the pain has been gone, except for the week we ran out. My one daughter has knock-knees too. I researched onlune, and found out that these 3 symptoms indicate Rickets- vit. D deficiency! So I Googled how much natural vit. D is in krill oil, and it is a significant amount. So my theory is that the krill has vit. D which relaxes muscles, calms down hyperactivity, and builds strong bones and teeth (preventing knock-knees). So sad for my children, but I'm glad I at least caught it hopefully before it's too late. I strongly recommend this krill oil because vit. D is really a HORMONE, and I don't want to be putting any more synthetic hormones into my children's bodies than they are already exposed to in the environment.

The size of the capsules are small, which makes it easy to swollow. It's a wonderful thing that Dr Mercola had combine the Omega 3 with Astaxanthin, which helps it to cross the brain barrier. Astaxanthin also helps with reducing inflamation. Impressive! The only thing I am not satisfied with is the capsule is be made of gelatin from tilapia. I really hope that it will be made from wild-caught tilapia in the future, for farmed fish are not healthy at all. Especially, lots of tilapia nowadays are imported from China. I expect the pruduct to be of high quality, meaning 100 percent from all high quality sources.

I was looking for krill oil that's COLD PRESSED and not extracted with dangerous chemicals like solvents which many are. Dr. Mercola has the reputation for being a perfectionist when it comes to quality and I've read that his krill oil is in fact cold pressed with no chemicals used.

Dr. Mercola has very, very high quality vitamins and supplements. I've been taking this Krill for many years & although Omega 3's have many benefits, my skin looks & feels fantastic for middle age. Dr. M. states, "From unique antioxidants, to essential omega-3 fats, like DHA and EPA, that cross your body’s and brain’s cell membranes, our Krill Oil from pristine Antarctic waters offers the most benefits of any other fish oil." and I believe it.
